My first video was showing us how to sharpen knifes when he still worked at a Japanese restaurant. So many years of content since then. It is amazing.

I'd love to see Chef Hiro try a blind nigiri/sashimi taste test. Try a bunch of different types of fish, both common and uncommon, and see how many he can identify correctly.

Finally! A cooking video. Seems like it has been a year since there has been any cooking content. Happy you are back. :) (everyone outside of America is now going to put the product in the oven that is 230C. You said it can handle it. :D ) You guys have over 2 million subscribes. Have you ever thought that you could put up Celsius degrees also for the rest of the world? Sorry for whining. Love your channel. :)

I’m sure there are other ways to make money. I didn’t see anything special with the container and can’t fathom how special it can possibly be. As expected, no char and lots of water from the evaporation and condensation, like all microwave cooking. If you microwave it longer, would be rubber with water, in any container. I’m following from across the world and just started to like and respect the chef and this channel, until now. I think most home chefs can tell this “instructional” video is quite lame.

This was basically an advert. This is not what I've subscribed to this channel for many years ago. This channel is not the same as it used to be, it is now full of adverts and "travel videos". I'm very sorry but I will need to unsubscribe despite having followed chef Hiro for such a long time...

I'm confused. My brand of White Miso is 820mg tbsp. of sodium, would this dish not be incredibly salty? It looked like you used around 5 tbs. of Miso. that a whopping 4,100 mg of salt for the entire dish. How can this be? Thanks.
