This branch was already slated to be cut off. Due the angle it seemed like it could make an interesting piece of material. I also don't have to buy another Quince due to the airlayer!

I don’t know what to compliment you on here. That awesome air layer, or the richness of your videography and editing. Brother, you have amazing vision and I sure appreciate the hell out of you for it.

This comment right here fills me with so much joy!! I work hard on making sure lighting and angles work just right for what I'm doing. Along with making sure I edit the right amount of content to provide context. So to see this comment and validate what I'm doing makes me so happy! I appreciate you watching, but more importantly appreciate your continued support!

It's great to see a successful air-layering on YT, congratulations. Will be looking forward to seeing this progress in the future and the how you eventually train the tree.

When you tied the bag up does the air layer not need to be watered after and how long did it take before you opened it back up? Great vid btw

The wet sphagnum moss keeps it moist within the bag. I did the air layer in the end of May of 2021 and cut it off in February of 2022. If you watch the video again, I wrote the dates on which I did the work.
