These are great. Another one I like - and I think I learned this here from Dr. M - is to tilt head back then push the tongue to top of mouth. You can really feel the muscles tighten under the chin.
Very sensible advice. I live alone so I don't get the simple exercises like talking and laughing often. I will have to do something deliberately. Now I will follow this.
I'm going to try these and see if I see any difference by the end of the week. I keep forgetting to these types of exercises until I see a picture of myself and the first thing I always notice is my double chin.

A real doctor would know that you cant pick the exact locations in your body and lose weight only in those areas. Some people naturally have more fat in a certain area of the body. Some people are larger and have little to no double chin. Some skinny people have a double chin. Losing more weight overall will probably reduce the size, but you can't concentrate all of the exercise in one spot and expect that one area to change. Think about how muscles work. If you work out a muscle, over time it gets larger or stronger. If you think your double chin is leaner or smaller after this, it may be due to muscles in your jaw getting larger or more defined- not your double chin getting smaller. ***If you are self conscious about your chin, try not to be. Focus on being your best healthy self and know that everyone has their own beauty.*** And also mewing. Lifting your tongue while having your mouth closed can help some people appear to have less of a double chin and have a more defined jawline.

“How to get rid of your double chin”? Then you show an exercise.. you can’t spot reduce fat. No amount of exercising will get rid of fat on the chin. The only way is to lose weight. Once the weight is gone your double chin will be gone, then you can do exercises to increase the look of the jawline. Building muscle under a big face will make the face bigger.

There is much easier and more effective excersice. Just push your hand slight on your thin and open your mouth ... you can varry the pressure.

Do not start mewing! My jaw did change and it was sore for days, and it caused all my teeth to be misaligned.
