I am an Indian woman. I still remember in my childhood we use to play a game in which two children usef to sit facing each other, hold each other 's ears with hand and singing a small song we used to pull each other's ears.

Oh my goodness! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’ve had chronic sinusitis for a long time and lately the pressure in my nose has been horrible. These techniques have given me great relief. I’ve been very depressed since my husband died 2 years ago. My daughter asked me yesterday what had happened to me. I’m more energetic and my pressure and tinnitus is so much better. The pain in my legs decreased about 45% just after the ear massage and I feel a lot lighter. Thanks again ❤

Woke up one day with vertigo. Lasted 6 mos. Went through all kinds of neuro testing, VNG, therapy, given motion sickness pills...
I was told it was a virus. My left ear was the worst.
Then went away.
After 2 years I was doing aqua zumba- spinning- then felt the vertigo. I was under 3 feet of water and couldn't get myself up. I am a good swimmer.
Could have drowned if I were alone.

Very interesting, I worked in a hearing clinic for years and thought I knew a lot about the ears but I really didn't know anything when I saw this video thank you Doctor Mandel and it's so fascinating that the part of our ears on the outside of our body forms the shape of an upside down fetus, I think that's the info I got the biggest kick out of! I'm using this, feeling benefits already.
I went through a lot of stress for the past month and a half or so, and had bad incontinence. After being medicated, and terrible side effects, I stopped the anticholinergic meds, and am healing wonderfully.
I am healing and healed, because mental stress was the cause of all of that. The brain/ mind has a huge influence on the body.

I know that your right, I had epilepsy for 22 years and took their medicine, I was working at the grand canyon and I asked my Dr just what kind of epilepsy do I have. After a picturely bad seizure and he told me (since he was retiring) that he didn't know and doctors now days have become glorified pill pushers. It's not about healing any more It's all about how much money you can make. This was in 2001 , he told me how to wene myself off the medication and I haven't had a seizure since. He also told me that he was a country doctor and believed God and your body could heal itself from anything.

The positive side about disliking meds is that I invest my time and money in learning alternative ways not only to heal but mainly to prevent.

Please tell more pls. I have tinnitus very difficult. Is a NY doctor who can remove tinnitus, Ben Thomas website for tinnitus think his name, is where I found this out.
As for the thumbs in the ears and popping, in my left ear which has the constant ringing I cud hear yr voice very clearly in the back of my ear but nothing at all in the right one! Wonder why?

And it helped my bones? I have osteoporosis and I can't take any supplements eat the foods that are recommended because I have side effects very bothersome.

Both areas of my head above my ears are exerting lots of pressure as if going to break & feeling very tight there.
