I took before and after pictures doing this for 2 months every day or every other day at times! It definitely looks more defined and the skin under my chin is tighter. Even the pictures with a 3 week interval look vastly different. Thanks so much!!! I'm going to continue doing it and see what the results are.

i will do this every other day for at least a month. I've done two days. I think my face looks better from the front. fluid probably drained out from the motions for such quick results. my side profile looks the same. I'm also doing exercises to fix foreward head posture. Day 5: I've done it four days in a row, plus neck stretches. I try to keep my neck posture good while doing them. Day 9, August 15th: my jaw looks tighter! 19 days, august 25th: still doing it. my jaw looks nice!
The exercises are amazing! I started to get results after only 7 days! The good thing about these is, you can even do them when you're lying down in bed!

My mom had a double chin for as long as I remember so it became a habit for me to always and most of the times subconsciously do the exercise with the tongue up on my upper pallet every day. Guess what! 47 and no double chin, but persistence is the key!

I started getting into facial exercises during lock down. And I can say that these exercises are just a compilation of the many facial videos that have been on UA-cam for a while. I thought that I would click here to find something different since I really like the doctor's videos. But I will take it that these exercises were chosen to be compiled here b/c they have proven to be most effective. Already I've seen good result since doing facial exercises in general and there are 3 steps here that I had already been doing in my routine. So now I will incorporate a few more.

I do not have one particular video that I swear by since many of the vloggers seem to extract from one another as they seem to expound on the Tanaka method almost a decade ago. After trials and research on youtube, I have settled on a daily face massage routine focusing on the jowls, lower face and chin; and end each daily massage, I end with neck stretches using my two hand to hold down my collar bone or my shoulders while looking up to the ceiling with my tongue sticking out or to the roof of my mouth and changing sides. Also at the end patting under the chin with the back of my hand while stretching forward my chin and neck. Dr. Mandell did pull together some good suggestions. Do a youtube search on "facial massage double chin" to develop a routine that will work for you and end with neck stretches. Some results in a week, but two weeks for more visible results. My skin is glowing, neck seems longer and double chin is not gone but doesn't sag as much. Truth is if you have a lot of chin or neck fat, you will not see those miraculous results advertised on those click bates. But your face can feel lighter and look a little more refined. Play with camera angles and clothing. Also a warning that once you let up on a regular routine, your face, chin and neck will revert. Perhaps that is why some people pay to quick fix big areas of concerns, but the efforts for the natural fix is not too bad for my issues.

But my selfies did not look as bad. It really is the individual's impression of themselves and confidence and perhaps the honest but loving opinion of someone close to you. But really it's your final opinion.
Have been doing these 3 days in a row and also some lympatic face massage, just been comparing photos that I took prior to starting and there does seem to be some slight improvement on tightness of skin under my chin, not sure if you could even start to see results that quick mind, but i did hear on another video that a double chin can sometimes be from fluid build up so maybe ive drained some of that 🤷🏼♀️ anyway will try to continue doing these daily , I dont have alot of fat under my chin but noticed things are starting to droop a little 😬 so could really do with a bit of uplift! I'm working out since one year, 30 min, three times per week, I'm 163 and 55 kgs, but still have double chin, doing this exercise now for one week and I keep going. Hope to see results in about one month. This is my own reminder to give update
Well, still no results. Took side Profil photos and it's looks even worser. I'm 55 kg still, still 5 workouts per week about 30-45 min. Drink a lot of water, and two weeks no. Sugar challenge. I begin to think that these exercises are not working.
@@replicatedinsanity hi, I don't want to say the excises are bad, I mean they work your muscle, but as it's known, we can't lose fat on specific body parts, only train the muscle. So, what gave me really impressive results now after 4 weeks : lost the half of double chin (I took photos) and fat on my lower abs by stopping rafine sugar straight for 4 weeks. I did the chin exercises constantly and also bubble gum. After two weeks nothing, with no sugar and exercise : good results
Thanks for sharing Doc. I did these exercises last year, everyday for 2 weeks and it worked for and my jawline was more refined. I still do these exercises a few times a week. So, what gave me really impressive results now after 4 weeks : lost the half of double chin (I took photos) and fat on my lower abs by stopping rafine sugar straight for 4 weeks.
I did the chin exercises constantly and also bubble gum. After two weeks nothing, with no sugar and exercise : good results
@@hannatravolta7800 for some reason I did it for a month and I see no difference. I don’t know why it’s taking so long

Thanks for sharing Doc. I did these exercises last year, everyday for 2 weeks and it worked for and my jawline was more refined. I still do these exercises a few times a week. I lead a healthy lifestyle these days but had a little double chin leftover but these movements definitely help. Greetings to all. Gareth
