It's been 2 weeks and i must say this exercise has reduced my face fat and double chin to a great extent. One must has to be patient and do this exercise sincerely for atleast twice a day it really works wonders....

I have done it for 5 weeks now. Feeling my jaw muscles stronger and firm from within. I've also taken my pictures after every 10 days. No major visible change that I can see in my neck and chin muscles, but i guess my jawline is developing slightly. I'm going to continue this exercise! Thanks!❤️
@@aliyah2436 I discontinued after 6th week as my jaw started to click. I would suggest not to overdo the exercise or stress your jaw bones. This exercise made my jaw muscles firm. It does not help to develop a jaw line or get rid of double chin. Just strengthens your jaw muscles.
@@priyalpamecha2310 Thanks for sharing. This will do nothing but bulk up the masseter muscles in the jaw, which is worse than chewing gum non-stop. I have TMJ and it gave me severe pain in those muscles on top of my chronic jaw pain for 20+ years. I knew better, but she should have disclosed that in the beginning of the video. That is the last time I will watch one of these videos from someone who hasn't actually aged yet.

I would love to see content about bags under eyes. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m well rested or not, they are there. And as I’m getting older I can tell I’m getting older, this will be a problem area as far as wrinkles are concerned.
Genetics , Genetics, Genetics you have to be born with a certain facial structure, when you gain weight or get older the shape of your face can suffer , leaving it less attractive however when you do certain facial exercises you will regain the original shape , but if it's not in your genetic pool you won't , blessing everyone this is an awesome video ❤️

By doing these exercises I got stretch marks on my left cheek in red and violet shades now I am crying don’t know what to do..... so please don’t do aggressively or very hard because stretch marks and fine lines are no joke they are kind of permanent 😭
Use coca butter lotion it helps with stretch marks and I suggest that you can keep doing this as long as you keep putting the lotion on also they sell them in any drug stores
@Keith Malic just be extra gentle.... just start wity doing some easy exercises.... becareful with open moutg exercise... thats what made my skin stretch ver much..... make sure that your face should not feel too much stretch and strain.....
Buy Capent ointment is for babies but does miracles. Used for cooking burns and once my sister's ducks got bitten by dogs and some of them had deep wounds. Capent formula has vitamins that regenerate skin and fights bacteria. The ducks are super healthy none of them die thanks God.

@@sowmyabandeker3023 well am not an expert or anything but if want to loose fat in your face you have to be consistent and exercise every day there are plenty of videos on how to grow a jawline and also you have be patient .

The intro showing the lady in the red laughing is deff her. She looks completely different in the first two clips of the intro . I see her double chin . Diet deff helps too .

I am seeing some excellent improvement in my jawline
By doing these exercises I got stretch marks on my left cheek in red and violet shades now I am crying don’t know what to do..... so please don’t do aggressively or very hard because stretch marks and fine lines are no joke they are kind of permanent 😭
Use coca butter lotion it helps with stretch marks and I suggest that you can keep doing this as long as you keep putting the lotion on also they sell them in any drug stores

Buy Capent ointment is for babies but does miracles. Used for cooking burns and once my sister's ducks got bitten by dogs and some of them had deep wounds. Capent formula has vitamins that regenerate skin and fights bacteria. The ducks are super healthy none of them die thanks God.
