Thank you for your content! I am thankful for your commitment to helping us be healthy. I had a question, I see many videos for various ailments, is it safe to say that low impact workouts and the short workout times lower blood sugar and blood pressure better than long, intense cardio workouts?
Wow, I wouldn’t have believed it.After testing my fasting blood sugar, then having a cup of tea, then doing these exercises my blood sugar has dropped by 4.7mm/L.Easy to do even with COPD and OA (especially in one knee).I have been full of a cold, scratchy throat and have been so hungry and eating what I shouldn’t.This has done wonders.Thank you so much for this video and God bless you❤🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧👍🥇💐

I like this workout the best!! I do before and after meals when I can. While I am not diabetic, per diabetes is just as scary😮... This routine is Helping with blood pressure as well. 🤗 Thank you yet again.
