I also like the after dinner workout I'm not sure of my levels yet I'm giving myself 90 days to redo my blood work but I will tell you I'm feeling much better I'm doing the workouts twice a day leading up to 3 times a day, and thank you again God bless you 🙏 thank you for mentioning prayer, prayer is so important thank you

I'm from the Philippines and the the place where I live in gets pretty dark even at 6pm so theres no safe place to walk outside my house. but this helps me a lot thanks. I also grab my walk buddy my 🐶 Buchie. I use him as an added weight when I do your after eating indoor walk.

I just discovered you, new subbie! As someone who was diagnosed pre diabetic and loves to walk after lunch (but lives in south FL where it’s often too hot or raining to talk), these easy walking workouts are perfect! Help get my steps up, and I like there’s no music so I can play my own. You have a delightful personality. Keep it up. 😊
This was a nice after dinner exercise walk, i'm in my 50s and every day i take my walks but on bad weather this is great and I liked the music because I find music with words distracting. 🙂

Thank you for these walking workouts (would like to see more please) they are great to do in the evening when you need to do cardio but nothing too excessive or you won't sleep. I used to walk outdoors but now that it’s not that possible at the moment, I thought maybe i could some indoor walking workouts even without a walking pad or treadmill with me. Oh my goodness! So glad to have found you. This is a different and wonderful ideal made for almost all. I usually am so tire after a meal and I know this will make a difference in my walks, senior exercising and cleaner eating I've already started. I'm thankful for life the health and strength I have and getting them all better for added quality to them all. I pray for your sacrifice of time to lift up others. I look forward to subscribing and seeing what else you offer. I am 62 years young 😊 have solar urticaria and chose to live and not be afraid to live in the safe way that I need to. I had to look up solar urticaria, and you have my sympathy, truly a hard thing to deal with. But your attitude is so good and peaceful and giving thanks to others, I know that will help you deal with having to avoid sunshine all the time and people maybe not understanding about it. I'm glad you found Caroline, she is one of if not the most upbeat and cheerful fitness people on UA-cam and she does not get you all tangled up in fancy "strength" moves. @@onewomann Yes I had heard of it or something similar a few years ago, a young girl who always went out completely covered in denim even to a sassy hat. With something like that on your plate you do what you have to. Best wishes!

I've been walking after my meals since June and have found my blood sugar is lowering. I do walk more than 10 minutes but love being outdoors. Will continue this habit even through winter! I will use this video when it snows or I have inclement weather. Thanks for the tip!
