Happy Father's Day and keep on carving all those awesome wood spirits
Thanks Mike, same to you! Much appreciated!🌝
Happy Father's day to all the fathers. Ive wondered if knots and burls were harder to carve on. I've always loved the look of both?. Another great project.
Thanks, pine knots for me tend to be easy to carve, almost like a resin or plastic like quality. Burls, I haven’t tried yet but I do have some collected for future projects.🌞
Start to finish you found the knot and carved right then great job thanks be safe
Thanks Mark, plenty of material to carve! 🌞Hope all is good!
That knot was a perfect find for the carving you did. It turned out great 😎
Much thanks Patricia and much appreciated, 🌝!
Cool spirit Paul
Fantastic Paul. You are one talented dude.
Thank you very much, 🌝!
Amazing talent.
Thank you 🌝!
You are a face genius! 🤩
Thank you, always appreciated!🌝
great video very informative Thanks and happy Fathers Day
Thank you too, appreciate that 🌝!
Awesome video! Great info, badass carving! I think what’s more awesome is,that burnt up root was was 60 seconds away from being fertilizer!, and you saved it and brought it back to life! Now it will last a life time! Literally someone could hang that on there wall, and pass it down generation after generation. How cool is that!? Good stuff Paul!
Thanks James for the thoughtful observations. You’re taking things to
another direction with those ideas,
which is appreciated. All the best to
you!🌝
Paul sweet carving ,I see you saved that pine knot from extinction excellent. I think we need to get you a backhoe to help you out buddy.
Haha, thanks Mike, I’m considering renting.
But I have a lot of the hard work done.
We’ll see though, good exercise I guess.
Hope yer all good…🌝!
Wicked job Paul
Thanks Rob, always appreciate that.🌝!
Wicked looking creation Paul 🤘
Thanks Spike, much appreciated!🌝
Hey WP. Cool carve! Is that the gravity flow treatment system you’re working on? Operation D-handle (straight in this case) in full swing. Thanks for sharing, take care.
Thanx Mike,
Appreciate that, actually a semi underground spot to put my camp trailer, it will have a roof, etc. to keep snow load from crushing the trailer in the winter. Fun stuff. All the best to you! 🌞
I really like how it turned out paul i like how you do the eyes does the wood get harder when its burnt or subjected to heat do you think and you really are good at finding rocks (sorry bit unfair) that was a lot of work all the best mick
Thanks Michael, the fire doesn’t seem to affect the wood much besides the charred bits that you have to negotiate, more nuisance I’d say with charcoal dust fling around. I do want to carve some rocks though, haha. Need different tools though. Appreciate the support!🌞
@@wood-psyche good come back i almost spilt my coffee good start to the day a laugh
