    Hey Paul, excellent expression on this one. I like how the face looks sunk in and the age lines make it stand out. I also noticed that someone got a new die grinder lol! great tool to have using those 1/4 " bits for heavy duty carving. I have a foredom that I use with those bits, was thinking of buying one though for bigger carvings. Thanks for the video bud see you on the next one.

      Yeah, thnx Mike...those burrs make short work of removing material, makes carving a lot easier. Hope yer good,
      the parcel is going out today...:-) All the best to you!

    Great expression..always a great carve..squinting like something just doesn't seem right..yep..👍😉...
    Loved the silent video..lol..kept us focused on the carve...
    I may have said before..your methodology is different..I like it...I haven't done enough pieces to have developed a method..so it's of interest to me to see your work...could I replicate it ?...probably not..but I will try to remember and blend it to my use...
    I hope your weather has improved and you can harvest more of your bark and woods available to you...until next time..see ya...🌿🌿🌿

      Thanks Pamela, I've been switching back and forth between knots and bark. I think I found my 2 favorite mediums...
      The weather is getting better, went on a scouting mission yesterday for bark; there doesn't seem to
      be a shortage here in the mid-west luckiy. Keep in mind, that you're on the list if you need some. It's pretty decent
      quality I think. I might also do a contest give away for some box of the stuff. Stay tuned!

    Nicely done Paul! Do you have many problems with the pine resin gumming up your burrs?

    • @wood-psyche
      @wood-psyche  2 роки тому +2

      Thank you Claire, as a matter of fact, yes. Mostly with the carbide bits. The Saburrtooths I use are not as bad for resin build up but still need cleaning from time to time. All the best to you!
