I and the same issue. The problem is the boards port. It is so inconvenient. Bc it is magnetic it looks "cool" but it is actually prompt to collect dirt and get ruined quickly. Then, the magnet starts deteriorating and doesn't stay on so you have to put the board on its back. The best recommendation is to ask for a new ESC if you have a guarantee or buy one and when you replace it have tape covering the whole port that way nothing at all goes in.
Have the same problem, I emailed Exway about it, they replied I just had to adjust the cable,. But the thing is you don't have time to stop and check every minute whether the cable is adjusted right or wrong. Also the remote states the cable isn't charging when the light is green
the wire on that comes with the fast charger I feel is to heavy for the magnets, its verry cumbersome to fiddle around the wires just to get the green light to turn red. I figured that there must be some dust and debris that got stuck in the the charge port in the prong themselves I don’t understand how it works exactly but I’m trying to clean it out with some alcohol it help for a little while but it still get stuck and in the low position.
I'm guessing you arced your charging port on your board. The manual says to connect the charger to the board before plugging the charger into the wall. It's uncommon but can happen, that's what I'm thinking is the problem here. But I'm also thinking if you arched your charging port then the port shouldn't be working at all. Have you figured it out?
i heard you have to either have to change the cahrging port or you will have to change the esc computer, so far exway x1 pro board has just caused me problems. my warrenty is out and i cant do nothing abot it exept using alot of money to fis it whitch i dont have. very dissapointing using that much money on a board that does not even function well or work after only 1year. i got shit inside of my motors, one of my battery died so exway sendt me a new one, battery 2 i think just died. only have 34v which should be around 46v... so yeah..... love it... oh and i also have to wiggle the charging port and find a sweetspot....
Brother check the battery. As you I got my second battery that fail after six months as well. So I dissasemble mine .seeing in the PCB that it's in the battery just in the back part there it's a connection that was desoldered. Just soldering that tiny part the battery works again.

Indeed the same issue with mine . If i fiddle with it long enough it works . Nott getting any better . Oh boy exway
I have the same issue with mine. It is definitely a mal funcional. I have to consistently check the charger as pretty often it disconnects by itself.

What alcohol did you use? Could i use antibacterial gel?
Keep the magnets clean. Otherwise stuff gets there and ruin charging port.

i had the same issue but i clean the end of the cable it work find think something get in that small hole in end of the cable
