Thanks! I am by no means qualified to answer this question but here are some things I have learned. You want to build a brand around yourself, so companies can look at a profile and see everything you have done. Second, you want quality over quantity, put more time into one video rather than push out multiple (say half as well made) even though you may get fewer views. Lastly, be genuine, people will love what you do and what you bring to this world!
My X1 Pro was fine until I decided to check for updates today and it failed. Now the remote keeps saying Disconnected and I can't connect it to the board. I tried the pairing settings but when I go into pairing, I can only scroll one way for some reason (back as if I was breaking), so when it asks me "are you sure you want to re-pair?" I can't scroll to yes. Scrolling wheel (accelerating and breaking) worked just fine before the update too. When I scroll the wheel forward and press the button 8 times, nothing happens. Any idea what to do?
I use a S10+ to update it and it has been perfect. Maybe your on IOS? In that case Im not sure what to do. But don't hesitate to send a email to service@exwayboard.com they will sort you out!
When you connect your board and try to do the firmware upgrade again , it's will ask you yes or no once again when that windoy pops up you can see underneath there will be something written in Orange says "in case of fail try this" choose that option the whole board firmway will upgrade again to the the latest

My suggestion is to restart everything, make sure phones updates are good then restart that first, then the remote and board
@@roorsalt I tried about 10 times and it finally updated but the issue remains. Controller is stuck at "Disconnected 4" and does not count down nor change. I don't know what to do. Support has no clue either and just backs and forths with me forever. Is there any way to factory reset board and controller? Can I somehow hook it up with my PC?
Damn, I want the quick charger, just ordered and figured it came with the quick charger. Anyone have any links for a cheaper quick charger that will work?? Just paid $800 dollars and they want another $100 for a charger?!??! C'mon man
The Exway doesn't come with a quick charger. Also, you can only use Exway Chargers as it uses the special Magnet charger, not a standard barrel connector.
@@AaronsCreations thanks for the heads up man, just kinda shitty imo. Love the board but why not just ship with the quick charger..oh that's right..money
