Can’t thank you enough for the attention to detail that you provided me on my install. The bike sounds awesome and it is a little louder and the exhaust note cracks, love it!!! Your install process is the most professional guide I've found. Much respect to you for taking the time to do it right the first time. Watching people put bolt cutters on push rods is troublesome to me.
Thank You! Definitely means a lot. Not of fan of that process. Solid pushrods might be a lot more work, but I trust that these would never fail or have to be readjusted. Thank You again 🙏🏽
I just did my 2012 Twin Cam 103 (543 cams), really easy if you follow the directions, just time consuming. Took me all of about 6 hours total. Don't need to watch this, but did because I enjoy watching the process.
Used this video as a reference along with the service manual during my stage 2. I didn't want adjustable pushrods so I reused the factory ones. Everything came out great. This is priceless information. Easy to do provided you own good tools.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent detailed video. I just finished this exact same install on my 2018 Road Glide Ultra and I found your video to be without a doubt, a must have resource. The bike runs and sounds great and I have to say it was a fun project to undertake. Keep up the great work!!
That’s awasome! Thank you. I’m glad this video was helpful. That’s what it’s all about. These are great projects to take on, and makes you feel more connected with your bike.
Thank You! Yeah, I rode it to dyno shop without a tune (I’ll explain it in the Dyno Video) and it sounded like it hated me haha. After the dyno, I rode it for about 3hrs

What a great video, probably scared me enough to get a pro to do it rather than myself. Really appreciate the effort and time you put into this video 👌

I really dont like Feuling's install methods, but different strokes. I do like their Lifters, and the info they give us though. I got HP+ Lifters and a Short sump plug. I noticed you were using Tekton torque wrenches and it's good to know I'm not the only one who trusts the budget brands haha.
They definitely have their own ways, and if you deviate, the warranty is no good. Everything turned out good, with no issues so far. Absolutely, gotta budget when I can lol
The paint on the lower rocker boxes holding up okay? I was under the impression it was a high heat area. Damn that red pops on that finished motor though I love it.
@Fuelingparts My 22 Street Glide special (114CI) is only two months old. I already crave a bit more out of the engine. I’m looking really hard at the 465 kit. Hard to say. I waiting until my warranty was almost up. I believe there are other companies that will warranty your bike with aftermarket products. I would do some research on that prior.
Fueling needs to go to quickie pushrod setup. Having to do rocker box removal for a Cam swap? S and S kit is a lot easier to install and less expensive.
I like it, especially for the price. I’ve compared the accuracy to other expensive brands, and it’s spot on. Just like any other torque wrench, maintenance is key.
Hi, thank you for All your helpful videos, may I ask you a question! Almost done with my project thank to your videos but when I am trying to install back the front engine mount the holes don’t line up, is there any trick or anything that I am doing wrong!!? Thank you for your help brother.

Hey buddy I really appreciate your videos They are really helpful, I want it to ask one more question, for the rocker arms what is the torque specs. Is it 24-26 ft lb ? Or inch lb? Thank you!!!
Hey brother, I noticed that when you installed the Gorilla Rocker Shafts that you didn’t shim them, just wondering if that is a requirement to shim or not? Im getting ready to install my Fueling Cam Kit and Gorilla Rocker Shafts and just want to be sure. Awesome video!!!
No, you don’t need to shim them or it’s not required. Just want to make sure that you tighten your rocker arms evenly, and step torque. I definitely appreciate you watching! Thank You
Great job. However, do not remove spark plugs until you are ready to rotate the engine. Because the longer the spark plugs are out the more chance to get debri in the engine
I'm on the fence with this or the 465 version. What's your thoughts on the streetability of this? Most of my day to day riding is to and from work and around town
I think the cam bearing is Koyo...not Timken...2023 and up OEM seems to come with the updated bearing... R&Ring that thing is not necessary since it is the same frickin thing.
I did a bad bad thing. I am trying to replace my 2018 oil pump with the updated 2020 oil pump and while I had the Cam chain off I somehow rotated the Cam and it went click. Now I am not sure if the valves are in the proper spot. Is there an online mechanic that I can talk to for a fair price?
@@RAIDERWORLD I think it was the tension of the push rods on the dry cam. I think once I get the new pump In and the plate back on, as long as the two gears are aligned with the dots I should be ok...right?

@@RAIDERWORLD I meant no harm. You obviously know what you’re doing. Thanks for the video. I enjoyed your work.
Absolutelyb! I definitely appreciate the support. I’ll definitely remember next time lol
Hey buddy I really appreciate your videos They are really helpful, I want it to ask one more question, for the rocker arms what is the torque specs. Is it 24-26 ft lb ? Or inch lb? Thank you!!!
Thank You! I definitely appreciate the support. For my make and model it was 24-26ftlb
@@RAIDERWORLD thank you wey much!! Very appreciated!!👍👏
Thank You
U da man! Great video but a little much for me, I always learn something though..
Thank You! It’s definitely a weekend project. Just gotta have fun with it. But once you open her up, you want to do so much more haha
@@RAIDERWORLD weekend !?hell It might take me a month to put her back together lol
Great job. However, do not remove spark plugs until you are ready to rotate the engine. Because the longer the spark plugs are out the more chance to get debri in the engine
Thank You! Yup, you are absolutely right
I love the s&s cam kit but I want this now cause it's red 😂😂
Haha For sure. Whatever brand you choose, they all do wonders for your M8! S&S or Feuling 🤟🏽🇺🇸
Hey if I go with adjustable pushrods I could bypass taking all the stuff off the top and get right into the camchest right?
Absolutely! Obviously you would need to cut your old push rods out.
@@RAIDERWORLD so much easier that way 😃
@@RealRonTV Absolutely! I wanted to change out the lower rocker covers anyway
I'm on the fence with this or the 465 version. What's your thoughts on the streetability of this? Most of my day to day riding is to and from work and around town
I think they are both great options. I was on the fence as well, but this is my every day rider, and I just like to cruise.
@@RAIDERWORLD last question; are you running the harley 2-1-2 exhaust or is that a true 2 into 2 exhaust?
Did we ever adjust the pushrods in this video? Or is it in video number two?
These are fixed pushrods, no need to adjust. Only need to check clearance and proper fitment.
With those o2 sensors deleted. Is that bike "legal" in California??
O2 sensors are still there. Just running 18mm wide-bands now
Hey buddy, what size old washer do you use? Thanks
I honestly do not remember. I have a washer kit with different sizes. I just looked for one that fit
I think the cam bearing is Koyo...not Timken...2023 and up OEM seems to come with the updated bearing... R&Ring that thing is not necessary since it is the same frickin thing.
I’ve seen so many cam bearings it’s hard to keep track lol. Hopefully Harley keeps up with the upgrades, so we don’t have to
Hey buddy, is it required to drain the oil?
It’s not required, I just recommend it.
Amazing that’s all I’m saying.
Thank You! I definitely appreciate it 🤟🏽🇺🇸
I did a bad bad thing. I am trying to replace my 2018 oil pump with the updated 2020 oil pump and while I had the Cam chain off I somehow rotated the Cam and it went click.
Now I am not sure if the valves are in the proper spot. Is there an online mechanic that I can talk to for a fair price?
You heard a snap?
@@RAIDERWORLD
I think it was the tension of the push rods on the dry cam.
I think once I get the new pump In and the plate back on, as long as the two gears are aligned with the dots I should be ok...right?
@@Godlivesinme2013 Absolutely. Hopefully it all works out! Definitely lube it up.
