    I have to say , when I first stated Lisening to the ingredients , I through , mmm no thanks , but , onion , garlic , fate cheese , all nice tastes good anyway , plus your herbs , filo , the way you put it together , I recon I'll give that a go , something driffrent to eat , looked lovely , Thanks I still can't get the name of it .
    Also I noticed you popped it in the oven for one hour on a low heat , that brought all the flavours together with the eggs to bind it all together. I hope mine turns out as good as yours did . :-)

      Honestly its so very tasty , its so fresh with the feta and spinach / herbs the onion and garlic giving it that flavour, have a go , just work fast with the filo pastry it dries out fast when working with it , one tip is to place the filo sheets between two slightly moist clean tea towels to stop it drying out while you assmble the layers .
