I watched this one on the TV (streaming from my chromebook) and I am glad I did because I discovered how much more colourful the image is on the tv screen - it really did this colourful dish justice. It looked delischious btw, I love this kind of thing and I haven't tried it in the oven before, I usually try this in a frying pan.

I know what you mean its traditionally done in the pan , but i love the idea of just assembling chucking in the oven and cutting a slice or two feta peppers garlic spinnach , those flavors are so good , thanks for watching colin im just going to catch up on your latest .
