I started Satvic diet about 4 weeks ago. The results have started to come in. Lost 4 kgs, digestion improved, sleeping like a baby now. It's fascinating. Thought of doing it for just 3 weeks but I don't think I am going back now. This is the best decision ever taken regarding health. Thanks a ton Subah n team!!!
Hi sorry to bother you but have you done the enema and Patti too? Like they told in their video or have you only changed your diet? If you can reply would be a big help 🙏 I am thinking about changing to satvik lifestyle too.

@@manitagore6777 Hi, I did enema once but due to winters kicking in, I didn't do the cold patti. N yes, I am following the complete diet as suggested. Also sticking to 16 hour fasting n regular exercise.

I am follower of Satvic yoga. I have done beginner yoga class. Everyday I do Mandela practice. It’s very effective in term of physical and mental health. Only problem is add disturb the yoga flow. Pls don’t allow the add in middle .

I am following satvic diet since 3 weeks and its just amazing, my stomach problems has reduced and able tosee the difference in digestion, with diet even am.dng yoga and i can see my body getting flexible and i feel so relaxed after dng this yoga, thanknyou for such amazing diet plans and yoga videos.......😊
Just a request can u make yoga videos for eyes and just healthy diet wch dont reduce weight, i mean for glowing skin, good hair and healthy body....
Bcoz i have already lost much weight dng this, i was 45 to 41 and if i continue it wl do.more and i dont want to loose more than this...

3/- Winter me 1 din baad 1 din curd khayiye, pura winter khayiye.....par yaad rahe raat ko curd nehi khana...

Very nice, Really like the teacher and asanas. Thank you for this practice. I wish there could be more English to better understand the postures and benefits. Is there a series of videos with more English ? the only downside of this video are the ads in the flow which I found disturbing, especially in shavasana.
