As a woman you should be aware of how to properly use color correcting makeup. Amber stated that she put concealer on, then foundation, and then the color corrector. If she did it that way to cover a red bruise you would see a big green spot on her cheek. Please cover this important point because I don't see anyone picking up on this. If he were to bring up a makeup artist as an expert witness then it would win his case. If she doesn't know how to use the makeup then it means she never did. All of her claims of the photos showing nothing because of her makeup would be disproved.

She’s been remarkably patient. I mean this trial was never about the lawsuit itself. Johnny’s doesn’t care if he wins or not, a win is just icing on the cake. This has been a show for the world exposing the truth and winning the trial in the court of public opinion. Amber’s countersuit is just retaliation for the sake of retaliation.
With that in mind, the judge has to deal with this political PR exposition, and navigate it without letting her court room degenerate into a scandalous he said/ she said cat fight. I feel she has done a good job and shown more patience for all of this then I would have in her shoes.

Just raising questions in the jurors minds and drawing attention to what they should pay attention, laying the path so that their own experts could come back up and blow everything out. The ONLY "witness" Evidence of Depp doing Anything Remotely Physical is the stairs incident. The only witness is heard's sister. The versions are so different! The desperation Rottenborne goes to, all heard's attorneys actually, to prove Depp "grabbed, hit, pushed or slapped" Whitney on the stairs is pathetic. Arguing about what he could do with his hand or fingers! Questions to his Surgeon go beyond normal Because they desperately Need this to be believable. I certainly believe everyone Except heard & lil sis, their tales do not match. Other witnesses are consistent. Actually I don't believe a word she says, the lies are very numerous. The sexual attention she needed & had while married were too numerous. She cheated, she lies, and she Did get his money. What More Could Be Said to the jury. I hope more witnesses come forward, but it seems like she has dirt on a few who refuse now to testify. Wow Her Phone Had To Be Lost & Not Turned Over, the dirt she gathered would be Tooo much for her. I bet she got paid a Lot Secretly to lose it. Enough to risk those pesky sanctions for sure!

I think this also applies to so many YT content providers as well - acting more like & profiting as influencers.
For myself - I'd prefer straight up content asking people to question what they're hearing/seeing as opposed to listening to any one influencer's opinions about it - For me... that is far more professional - especially looking across all the YT content and the people who are 'grifting' off the JD/AH drama (as one example) drumming up clicks/support for their channels.
Also, as a hearing impaired person I do not listen to anyone who either talks over guests/presented audio or those who talk while including background music. - So many content providers take it for granted that all listeners are sight and/or hearing abled.
YT disgusts me in what it has become with the me, me, me crowd vying for our attentions as opposed to what it could have become (so much more)

My son has ADHD and I vacillate between being in awe of him and being terrified about how hard he has it in so many ways. But then I stumbled upon you and your brilliance and your amazing way with words (I’m a speech-language pathologist and a WORD nerd) and I’m reminded of what I already knew. The sky’s the limit for my beautiful son. Thank you for that …and for expanding my nerd horizons. 💜

Hi! I'm a successful mom, wife, and professional business consultant in grad school - with ADD. What I have found INCREDIBLY helpful is knowing what I'm good at, finding a job that utilizes my ADD as a good trait, using organizational tools that work for me, establishing and maintaining routines, taking meds and adjusting as needed, self awareness of my strengths and blind spots, and patience and kindness to myself (I don't hate myself for not being perfect or using different told than other people use).
I assure you that your son has paths to a successful, happy life. It might just take a different direction than you imagined before. I'm educated in ADD, ADHD, and other autism-spectrum life skills and management - feel free to reach out. Also, ADHDTok has GREAT info (and some junk, so use wisely) - I would start with Conor DeWolfe.
Also, I've been looking for the Word Nerds! Has any YT person gone through and compiled a video review of Amber's language choices? My suspicion is that you can tell where she's been coached heavily bc of her word choice (elevated vs high school level) and linguistic tells.
I would love to see someone review that compilation of her testimony.

@@catytheredheadedalaskan8118 thank you so incredibly much. This is such a wonderful, supportive community and I’m so glad to have stumbled upon it. I’ve been talking to my son (who is 15 years old and was diagnosed in the first grade) about Emily …and he read your comment as well. I talk to him all the time about how neuro diversity is beautiful, but I kinda feel like I don’t deserve to deliver that message, since I don’t have first-hand experience. It’s so much better for him to hear from those who have some of his same strengths and challenges.
As for the word nerd stuff, YES!!! I can hear the difference in her tone, sentence structure, and word usage. Also, I’m fascinated with JD’s manner of speaking. His language is so …flowery and formal. Part of it is that he’s probably avoiding being crass or vulgar in the courtroom, but it’s evident even in his (verified) texts. Very interesting.

I think what irritated me most through this whole circus was the utter disrespect AH's team has for the facts. You have a witness stand up in the morning, say "The sky is blue", and Rottenborn stands up in the afternoon to say "The witness said the sky is green". It doesn't matter what is said, how clearly, on video or voice or by someone sitting in the witness box, these people will say literally anything to serve their case.

Because it was a juvenile record, however, it was sealed when she became an adult.

I was surprised regarding an omission in negative AH social media comments.
For years before the divorce op ed, 'media campaign' ad nauseam, You Tube has had daily posts with thumbnails saying 100 celebrities who hate Amber Heard. Actors who refuse to work with Amber Heard. There are thumbnails with same titles regarding other actors too.
Those have been on UA-cam for years and we're never mentioned.
Regarding AH and her break out roll ~ did you notice your surprise when her over 50 roles in past films surprised you? Did you say to yourself, "which part was she?"
This is because AH has no chemistry on camera. She possesses no charisma and doesn't make her mark on film.
She is cast as a pretty face and has never grown in talent or appeal.
She is an empty person and the camera illustrates this.
Like Gertrude Stein wrote about Oakland, California, "there is no there, there."
To give credit where credit is due, AH has taught us, "never trust a chocolate on your pillow."

Exactly! I have eight places I stream from (Netflix, HBO, prime, Disney etc) and yesterday I typed in Amber Heard in all of them and they gave me every movie they have, that she was in. I seriously doubted both my own memory and the search engine, because I had seen all those movies but could not remember seeing her in any of them!
She has the personality of a stone. Or, a stone has probably more than her. I do not understand how she got a role at all! Hollywood have literally millions others with more chemistry and personality than her. She isn’t charming, sexy, beautiful, or intelligent or funny, she is so plain, boring and grey. Will she get any roles after this?

Can anyone explain how come DC film president Walter Hamada had his deposition in March 15th 2022, that means Amber's team including Rottenborn and Elaine know that Walter Hamada refuted Amber's claim that Johnny's lawsuit against her and Waldman's statements are the reasons she might lose her role, and that it's due to chemistry with JM. Since they know that in March 2022, how come they still insist on going with Amber's claim don't they already know those claims have been refuted anyway? Is Amber dictating them to do so?

The word "tort" comes from the French. It means "wrong". When the Normans invaded England in 1066, they brought their legal system and concomitant jargon with them. The word "legal" itself comes from the French. Other examples of words with French roots are court, judge, jury, defendant, claimant, appellant, plaintiff. trial, case, evidence, proof, rebuttal.

Should JD's team be able to argue that JD is not responsible for the statements of Waldman because of the nature of the counsel/client relationship. Attorneys serve as legal counsel. They are expected to have expertise in law. They serve the law BEFORE they serve their client. Even if JD did authorize and direct his legal counsel to make those statements, unlike his legal counsel, JD cannot be expected to have expert knowledge defamation law and thus his legal counsel could be considered remiss in his responsibility to properly advise his client. No? In other words, why didn't they argue that Waldman, as a legal representative of JD, is responsible for protecting his client from the possibility of legal action for defamation?

Another funny thing about this is how the standard super hero movies they are referring to is “Marvel” and not “DC”. It also goes to show that even being in the highest grossing DC film is nothing compared to being in an average Marvel film.
