      My husband and I were mistaken for these people. They arrested us. Took my child for two weeks and the state of Georgia tried to sell my daughter before we even went to court. The case was thrown out. My daughter returned and the sheriff lost his job. Then we returned home to Louisiana. The sheriff of Georgia was no better than these gypsies. The hell with all of them. I don't have any sympathy for any of them or the sheriff of Polk county Georgia.
      Don't believe a damn word he says. They are raised to be manipulative liars.

      Its a natural biological function, however most people can patch up the memory again just as in cases of intoxication, hoever we know very little how the human brain works. We have many related similar syptoms, in PTSD, Dementia, Depression etc where people "blackout" In this case drug induced dementia seems to be tha case. Its possible and important that we study this, saying things as the old blackout leads nowhere, you need to stop repeating the same pattern of thinking if were going to get somwhere to prevent incidents like this. He is not less guilty or innocent cause he blacked out but its a fact that blackouts are very common even if the person is a victim or the perp.

    Some people are convinced they love their partner very much when actually feel an urge to possess and control them. So whenever the partner does something they don‘t agree with or even try to flee, they get into a state of rage and to them it‘s like a sign of love in their twisted perception. Like“my partner deceives me, isn‘t a union with me anymore…“ which feels like losing them when it‘s just loss of control/ fear of losing control.

One minute I could recite something that happened with picture perfect clarity, and the next it’d be gone. Some things I did remain gone, but I’ll believe it when I’m told about it. I like how he makes himself very clear but not in a way that threatens or puts the person on defense. Just enough to draw out the details but not in a manner that the person is insulted or feels attacked. The crime scene photos were horrifying. I'm honestly SHOCKED what florida gave me on this case. He had stuffed in under bed storage wrapped in plastic. Because of the hot florida weather, when they unwrapped the plastic, it was filled with her bodily fluid and the majority of her skin started seperating from her body. The worst part, they made zero effort to sensor/respect her as a woman. They sent complete nude photos from every angle imaginable.

    Not remembering is actually the brain's attempt to protect the shock someone would experience if they were to face exactky what they did especially during blackouts. I'm not excusing what he did in any way but if you have experienced a severe alcoholic this is very very common. Easy to judge others when you're not in their shoes or their reality. Reality truly is perception. Careful how you draw conclusions of another bc I'm willing to bet more than half of us have done things while severely drunk and have little to no memory. But protecting ourselves from something tragically traumatic is a survival mechanism. Its fascinating what our brain's can do. Which is why I find these stories so compelling. He's where he needs to be bc his violence would have only continued. I left my ex because of how violent he became with me and thank god it was BEFORE I chose to re-locate and move in with him. He turnex into an absolute monster. Completely unrecognizable to me. And when I would confront him with what he did, he chose to blame me. Only a video recording would have forced him to take responsibility. I am smart enough to know this is not something that would get better over time with my love and patience. Only full sobriety would change that and I wasn't willing to stik by him before coming to terms with his addiction. I knew it was only a matter of time where his words and throwing crap at me around the room became a physical connect with my face or worse. People need to walk away when people like this show them who they are. I got away with my life and I wouldn't be surprised if my ex ends up hurting or god forbid killing someone bc I know in my soul that he is more than capable. It was as though alcohol removed the veil from who he presents himself sober. He's a dangerous man with dangerous thoughts and I pray no one ends up severely harmed or dead. He showed me EXACTLY who he really is. 😢

    Like ol Sarah Boone, a blackout drunk, who killed a partner and relays made up stories as well as not remembering anything! I kinda agree...if someone is THAT drunk, how can you remember what you did or didn't do? If he cant remember killing her, then he certainly cant remember NOT killing her. I think he was a mean a. drunk who beat her regularly. I could believe they fought over several hours...they are both intoxicated so I dont think shed be screaming for hours. They were probably arguing and fighting back and forth until he finally had enough and ended it...and her. I totally believe he doesnt remember it, at best he may remember bits and pieces. When he finally came to and saw the aftermath, he knew what he'd done and he knew what he had to do! Guilty and justice was served! I think Sarah Boone also has little to no memory of taunting Jorge in the suitcase until he finally died, thats why her story had to be constructed before calling 911 and why it changed over time. Justice was also served with her case! Folks...Alcohol isnt your defense, its your destruction.

    • @Adara007
      @Adara007 Місяць тому +4

      It's a combination of factors that are called biopsychosocial. These involve 1) biological factors such as genetics, neurotransmitters, hormones, and brain structures which can predispose individuals toward violence and aggression. 2) Then there's psychological factors such as certain mental health disorders which can cause violent and aggressive behaviour such as schizophrenia, PTSD, intermittent explosive disorder, and dysruptive mood regulation disorder.
      3) Finally, there are the environmental factors which includes an individual's interpersonal, social, group, neighbourhood, economic, and cultural conditions. For example, the accumulation of frustration over unmet needs and financial instability can contribute to aggression and potentially erupt into violence. All of these biopsychosocial factors can create the potential for or actual violence.
