Hello and welcome to Shvasa. Agnisar Kriya is a form of pranayama to strengthen the abdominal muscles and a technique that is believed to clear the manipura (navel) chakra. Here is a video on how to do Agnisar Kriya or Agnisar Pranayama.

Note: Agnisar kriya should be done with the proper guidance of the experienced yogi or a yaga trainer. This is not recommended for people with menstruation, high blood pressure, and heart issues.
Step by step guide to agnisar pranayama:
- Take a deep breath in & exhale completely.
- Draw the abdomen in & press your palms on to your thighs
- Round the back slightly & bring the chin to the chest
- Keeping the breath out just flap the abdomen or move the belly in & out.
