I love your teaching videos, thank you.🙏 I am trying this after a kundalini awakening and partial ascension of the energy. Bear with me, I had no idea what chakras or kundalini were. It is very difficult to do this as I now have this larger belly. The energy seems to be housed in the sacral plexus. My middle back has lost flexibility, and my solar plexus is weak. I'm feeling drawn to working with the fire element. Should I just continue to do it daily slowly to strengthen the solar plexus and move this energy up the spine? I am also trying to manifest a large creative and spiritual vision. I feel like I've been carrying this "spiritual baby" around far too long.
