Banana Bread Recipe:
3-4 ripped bananas
2 cup all-purpose
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk/ almond or coconut milk ok too
1/2 cup oil or butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp lemon juice & zest
Bake @ 350°F for 1hr and 5 minutes

I used this video as guide for my first attempt. I omitted the lime/lemon part and added ginger instead. I also added nuts to the top. It turned out fantastic. I'm very grateful for this vid. I'm not even a regular baker but this video made it so easy. The first one dissapeared too fast, I immediately made another.
