I definitely focus on Whole Foods first, but I also take a Whole Foods multivitamin, vitamin d, omega 3 fish oil, and magnesium glycinate.

What about powders? I take a few suppliments NAD+(51), Cod Liver oil & Beef liver(1/2 dose). Then for slepp Gaba, tart cherry & magnesium(no more insomnia). One thing I found was powders like pomegranate, artichoke, etc. from whole food sources. What I was reading, is they are packed with nutrients. I eat a lot of berries & veggies, but a scoop here & there just makes things easier... Thanks for all the help, hope all is well, take it easy.

I eat Natto now (japanese superfood of fermented soy beans). YOu can try taking the supplement Nattokinase but the food is much better for us overall for the K2 vitamin, iron, fiber and protein. It's not tasty but it packs a punch of nutrients for very little.

    I am 27 y.o
    174 cm
    90 Kg
I want to lose weight so I started using Samsung health app
I use the app to add the food I eat and try to calculate how many kcal I got for the whole day for breakfast lunch and dinner
the app say for me I need 2202 kcal each day for balanced food
so I try to stay at maximum 2202 kcal and try to walk workout and sometimes short runs in between walks to lose between 220 to 500 kcal each day
with time of workout is about between 30 to 45 minutes and I am trying to increase
would this life style would be good and help me lose weight or is it wrong?
