For anyone reading who still isn’t sure on the Vital Proteins: it truly is fantastic. I am 28 years old and have a reproductive disorder. My hormones are all over the place and I feel the effects; skin is insanely dry, cycle is painful and irregular and I deal with MASSIVE hormonal hair fallout. I bought the VP peptides on a whim out of complete desperation and I am so glad that I did. I’ve never had a supplement made a difference the way this does. Significantly less fine lines on my face and it’s actually hydrated. I had no PMS symptoms during my last two cycles AND my hair isn’t falling out anymore. At all. At ALL!
Thank you!!!! I wasn't sure if I should buy this product or not I didn't want to waste my money or time...i have some of the same symptoms especially the major hair loss! 😥 I will buy this for sure👍💜
I'm 74 and because I've lead an active life, my knees and other joints hurt all of the time! My doctor told me that I should try taking collegen for my joints. I was taking collegen pills for months, but it did nothing for me. Now I've been taking this Vital Protein in my coffee, two scoops a day for the last 3 weeks. I can't believe how fast it worked for me! Two years ago I was able to do only around 6000 steps and I was hurting at night. Lately I realized that I did 8000 steps and had no pain! Hopefully my knees will get better the longer I take it!
I wish your channel existed 13 years ago when I was pregnant with my first. My OB actually told me to use Splenda instead of sugar when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I cringe at all the unhealthy things we put in our bodies because we don't educate ourselves. Bobby, thank you for doing these videos!!!
I think her only concern was helping you transition to no sugar. Her, as a doctor who’s main concern was your diabetes while pregnant which can be deadly. She is not your life coach, and telling you simply to go “no sugar” without an alternative recommendation would probably be more stressful to you as a patient. All these healthy alternative sugars were not mainstream 13 years ago, and your OB is not a nutritionist
But that’s precisely what’s broke with the healthcare system. Giving a poor recommendation for health is as a doctor shouldn’t be excused as “didn’t know about nutrition”. Big pharma lobbies hard to keep doctors from learning about nutrition and it’s a problem
It's better if you listen to some with more experience, like Dr Berg. This guy only does this for views, he has no knowledge and lots of his videos and contradictory. I stopped following him years ago. He just popped up in my search because I was looking for something similar.
I’m glad Costco doesn’t get mad about you filming because it’s great for business I buy things at Costco I hadn’t noticed before until I’ve seen them in your videos
I'm miffed, because 2 different Costco's told me to stop filming during my live streams showing tools and remodeling and furniture. I applied for permission from Costco's web site last week and they even have a filming contract for vloggers. They still rejected me, with the bogus excuse that they thought my presence there would be too distracting to the warehouse operations. After I spent $1200 last week there on tires, tools and food, I'm too distracting walking around with my smartphone that day while spending $1200? Maybe Sam's Club who has never stopped my wouldn't mind my "distractions" the next time I need tires.
I tried Probase Sports Nutrition Collagen Peptides (six months on it) and it has changed my nails, hair, and skin like no other collagen supplement I have tried before. My hair is much fuller, my nails don't break anymore as they used to and my skin is literally glowing. One side effect I used to get from many other brands was bloating, heartburn, and sometimes headaches but not with this product. Absolutely love this product and highly recommend it.
My husband and I are happy we found your videos as we are in our 60s and decided to go healthier on food bad thing is getting our kitchen set up for our organic food and staples but we are slowly getting there ,Thanks for the videos and hope it's not too late for us to start eating healthier
While watching this, I put all my supplements on the table an even use a magnifier to read label and ingredients. .Even though I have read the ingredients over and over again before I purchase each of them, I got conscious again when I found this channel. Thankfully, it's worth my money as it does not contain harmful stuff.
Thank you again! I don't shop at Costco often but this video was so helpful when I do go there. I just realized that you do all the leg work for us so that we don't have to use a magnifying glass just to rea each product. That's fantastic coming from a 67 yr young nana!
From google! The three most widely used culprits-Yellow 5, Yellow 6 and Red 40-contain compounds, including benzidine and 4-aminobiphenyl, that research has linked with cancer. Research has also associated food dyes with problems in children including allergies, hyperactivity, learning impairment, irritability and aggressiveness. It’s so hard to know what’s in stuff without tons of research! Thanks Bobby if ppl don’t know they do now!
Congrats on 1 million subscribers! I've been busy and just noticed. You guys have changed my life for the better and I just want to say "thank you!". He said that 3 grams of sugar in prenatal gummies scares him😂😂😭😭! Thanks for telling us about airborn because I had no idea there is artificial sweeteners in it.
Thank you for this video! I've learned to read labels more now. Was surprised at how much other ingredients are in our food. Its scary like you said! I've used the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides and it works. Especially for my knees. I recommend to a friend of mine who shops at Costco. She tried it and said her knees felt so much better! Keep doing the great work you do!
I’m surprised that Costco location doesn’t carry the Kirkland brand of organic multivitamins!! We’ve had them consistently stocked up here in Santa Barbara for at least six months- non gmo, no synthetics, whole food sourced. 80 tablets for $20
This is so helpful. I am a huge shopper of Costco. Many of the vitamins/ supplements presented, I have... in bulk😒 Just bought the Premier Protein. I too was hooked by the 30 grams of protein. I appreciate you telling us how to look beyond the profile and scrutinize the other ingredients. Thanks
Your helping me so much + your manner + style is great to watch any time of day. I watch your comments daily. Everyone should watch for better health. Thank you.
There's 20g of collagen in the Vital protein powder which is in bigger molecule particles, ingesting this will not surpass our stomach acid and only few makes it the small intestine; therefore the absorption rate is only 40%. The Verisol collagen peptide is in smaller collagen peptide which our body absorbed better. Look up Verisol collagen peptide and you will understand.

I needed this this morning so much information that has inspired me to get rid of and not buy anymore of seed oils, etc. go gluten-free. I have to read the labels to my interest. Smarty Pants does have a vitamin without added sugar but I’m guessing not there! I always read ingredients since my hubby found he was gluten intolerant 10+ years ago. It’s crazy the stuff they add in to our supplements!
I just think it's great that you do think kink if thing. Go over the products, point out what to look for, help educated poor bleery-eyed over-worked consumer. Give us top tips what to beware of & what looks good. Who has the time to study each oddball ingredient. That's what the seller is counting on. We will go for the easy, fast to use & embellished with perdy colours & some kind of sparkley appeal. We know we are doing wrong, but..... No excuses with your mentorship. This is a much needed service to mankind! So -- thank you , from a woman!
so absolutely grateful for your show for the education and the information that you provide keep on doing what you're doing because it's helping a lot of people who spend their hard-earned money on stuff that isn't as healthy as they might have thought it was again thank you
Using your pots/pans, boil 1 to 2 cups of water then add about 1 tsp of baking soda. Let it cool down a bit then taste it. If it tastes like water then it's ok, but if it tastes bitter then your cookware is leaking chemicals when it's heated. I've tried different kinds of cookware, all of them leak chemicals when heated except one which is the SaladMaster brand.
The cleanest cookware would probably be erthenware aka terracotta/clay, unglazed. I know a lot of mexican markets sell them but do be cautious they may contain lead. There's some really clean ones you can find online but they're pricey.
I can't believe how confusing it is nowadays to know what to eat or drink. I'm just gonna start paying a nutritionist to buy our groceries and plan our meals for us
This has a lot of good info. My mom asked me to find her a vitamin D without soy because it bothers her stomach. I found one on Amazon. I thought it was interesting that she new it was the soy that was the problem.
Hey Bobby! Do you one of those Amazon recommendation store pages where we can see all the things you recommend? If you don’t might be something to look at! I’d definitely benefit from it
Thanks to your videos, I've (a) got a renewed appreciation for Kirkland Signature in general and (b) I'm spending more at Costco than before, but on different products. Kudos to Costco on letting you film there. The on-site filming adds something to the video that would otherwise be lacking--and Costco is making more money on me for it (I'll admit). I'm changing my food choices at Costco to my wallet's chagrin but my body's and Costco's bottom line's benefit.
Not only this, but it also is not only Omega-3s that you are getting but also an equal amount of the other fatty acids including Omega-6s. I will stick with Nordic Naturals.
Thank you Bobby, for all you do to keep us safe and healthy!! There is so much out there that isn’t good for us, and I really appreciate your knowledge!!✝️🙏
A friend of mine bought a supplement at Costco and her brother-in-law asked if he could test it! It had fillers in it! I have heard that Centrum is found undigested in Honey Buckets. As far as a product saying grass feed, but they can offer grain (soy?) to the cattle! Having raised cattle if they are offered grain, they love to eat it! I have everything tested and I have found, it wasn’t from Costco, they had put soy in as fillers! I start itching right away so wasn’t surprised! It seems that they are putting soy in everything as I read labels. Farmers put roundup on soy beans plants before they harvest them, according to a wheat farmer! Trader Joe’s put soy on their organic apples. I got eczema really bad? Stopped eating their apples and it went away, but took sometime!
I’m so glad you did this video!! I was just reviewing your videos, two days ago, for a vitamin recommendation and couldn’t find one. What great timing?!! Thank you!!
13.25 to 14.25- I was laughing my lungs out when you picked that turmeric product. It is a product of #India! Indian Kitchens have turmeric as part of essential nutrition every day!
Excellent video pointing out sugars and especially soy and other bad oil in those supplements. You have to really read the labels for soy oil anywhere even “vitamin stores” and at Costco. I love and buy clean supplements at Costco all the time. Best prices.
I seen the one I take right next to it was like please be good... Didn't even pick up nooooo. I was thinking the same thing are they all trash he couldn't find one at costco or what happened one of the first words in the Title is Vitamins yet Not one multivitamin recommendation
At a med university we, as students, are being told that all supplement (especially those sold in grocery stores) are bad. Because FDA has no regulations over the content of the supplements and thus it can be detrimental to liver or other organs. Moreover use of supplements is not evidence based, meaning they are homeopathic.
Life Extension is a supplement company that is evidence based and run by medical doctors, other than that, I wouldn't go to a medical doctor for nutrition advice as they spend so little time studying nutrition. My personal belief , the FDA no longer has the best interest of the public in mind, they are in the pocket of corporations, so anything they say should be taken with a grain of salt.
Your med university really said that supplements are "homeopathic?" So vitamin D supplementation, iron supplementation in states of deficiency is homeopathic? No, they are not regulated but many companies do independent lab verification. To call all supplements homeopathic is just not correct.
@@meredith3588 Exactly! Doctors are taught to push pills, the medical school that doctors go to are owned by big pharma, it's a symbiotic relationship. These big pharma also prints out medical books which doctors use. Doctors are great, don't get me wrong, but they know very little about nutrition. The FDA is working hand in hand with big Corp and big Pharma.
Sugar, in small amounts, is totally fine. I think you’ve focused on the wrong things when it comes to these vitamins and protein powders. Regarding vitamins, absorbing them is critical so it’s important to check what form they are being provided in. There is a massive difference between certain forms in terms of absorption and whether they are artificial or naturally occurring forms. Small amounts of sugar is a detail that shouldn’t be focused on. With regards to protein, the type of protein is paramount. Also, sugar content should be taken into account because some protein formulas have obscene levels of sugars and other simple carbohydrates.
Wow just think of the hate mail you probably get from these manufacturers of product with suspect ingredients.. you are providing a valuable service of education to people. I'm 60 and only started looking hard at labels 10 years ago. And I learn more about ingredients every day so I look even harder at ingredients now
I like your video on vitamins. You are correct on just about everything. You did miss the 'dl' on the vitamin E. Synthetic vitamin E should be in the bad stuff bucket with sugar and other fillers.
He has too many sub.s to answer and is no expert anyway . Just read the back. U can buy organic ones but they smell. Just take a one a day and the good out counts the harm.
Love your channel man, you're the best. what's your take on "Kirkland Organic Multivitamins" I saw you passing them on the aisle and did not mention anything on them .
@1:20 centrum had one of the best vitamins, silver centrum it was chewable huge tablets, fruit-flavored, my skin I kid you do not, looked like it did when I was 15 at that time I was 47) , it was amazing I loved it, they stop selling ti and went to the hard and gummies, those are not the same ingredients, I can tell...so now I just get cvs store and make nutritionally dense bars that I now get back to that smooth, clear soft firm skin!. I did a lot of research to get the recipe and give it to my family just working on it tasting better, has 8 fruits 3 vegs in it and it's the way I process it that assures the nutrient ingredients are getting to the body! good luck!
Amazing to me that this stuff gets on the shelves. And only a handful of my doctors know anything about this. Yet what we take could be making us sick. Thank you Bobby!!!
I’ve lost so much respect for the institutions of medicine all the way down to my local doctor….fired him….due to covid. Many have really exposed themselves and hacks and grifters.
Hi, I'm new to your channel and I love it. I'm actually like a 5 minute drive from our Costco....you have tons of great tips, so I'll be watching all of your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. And congrats on your new baby girl. Bye for now from Canada.
Great recommendations. I love the vital proteins collagen. I was skeptical at first but I've really seen a difference in the growth and strength of my nails and hair. Which makes me think it has to be doing good things for my skin and insides as well!
My daughter has an autoimmune disease and she has lost the majority of her hair, big bald patches, the little hair she had left was very brittle. Her doctors told us to try the collagen at Costco (said it couldn’t hurt) and oh my goodness she has a full head of medium length, strong hair now. She has not had a flare up nor lost any hair since introducing this to her. She’s also doing much better with her overall health. Seriously, changing our entire diet and life style since finding Bobby has gotten my daughter to good health. We truly believe that based on the results we’ve gotten. Much love Bobby!!!!
@kshiftkometh from what youre saying you have no idea how halal is performed. Where did you get your info? Halal is one single cut and focuses on the animals not suffering.. they focus on finding the veins which would kill them immmediatly so they don't go through as much pain. That is literally the "halal" way.
I love this! I shop at my local Costco on my own Costco membership all year round for tons of vitamins, supplements and bulk household meds for my own household all the time!!
Would have been nice if you would have went to a vitamin store, I wanted you to give you your thoughts on "garden of life" those are the vitamins I take.
Black Pearl why don’t you just look at the label on the vitamins that you take... He basically explained everything that you need to look out for, so now you can look at your vitamins yourself
@@sheree1994sa but now I'm capable of going to any vitamin store and look at what to avoid. Same with groceries. Most of us don't shop at whole foods all the time but concept is the same
Love the show Bobbie. Did you know that Turkey or any animals that are fed grains are high(er) in omega-6 fat? I decided skinless organic chicken breasts probably okay since it's almost fat-free but the thighs have a lot more fat. So when you're buying the organic turkey you're almost better off not buying ground thighs but adding some MCT oil if you want it richer good for you fat in your lunch meat!!! ❤️
Costco has a organic multi vitamin that says its whole food sourced just wandering your take on this one, love these Costco videos i shop there every week, my daughter has MS and eats a very healthy clean diet so I'm always on the hunt for the best possible food thankyou so much for sharing it helps me alot!
I love how you can record in peace at Costco! Hey, Bobby do your area have a nutritional store similar to Nutrition Smart or Four Winds Natural here in South Florida that you could tour/showcase and see if you can discover some Bobby Approved unique finds that aren't in the main stream stores?
You know you didn't look 41 at the time of this video. You must have been practicing good health for a long time. People don't think I'm over 60 but it took me about that long to get educated on our food supply 😒 and just how bad 95% of it is including health food and supplements with all the terrible additives. Thank you for all the information 🙏. I trimmed off over 40 lbs of body fay doing healthy Keto 💪 in less than 3 months.
Great video, I just wished that you were more focused on only one thing like either talking about collagen or one vitamin or so. I opened the video to learn how to pick the best multivitamin but I didn’t get much about that.
I was hoping to hear about the Kirkland Organic Multivitamin whole food source( non gmo/ no synthetic vitamins) they are 80 tablets. Let me know what you think of them.

Yes please!!! I have sensitive skin & want to get the best bang for buck 🤗
Bobby I don't take the time to read all the labels that's why I tune in to you you do the work for me Thanks so Much for looking out❤❤❤
I just think it's great that you do think kink if thing.

Can you do a Costco New Years kick Off Lifestyle change/ weight Loss haul!!! Or Trader Joe’s
I found the suja shots at my Costco in the refrigerated area by the kombucha and cold brew coffee
Great video but you didn’t give us enough safe options! 🙂
Lots of people.
Listen to you, Bobby help the farmers.
so absolutely grateful for your show for the education and the information that you provide keep on doing what you're doing because it's helping a lot of people who spend their hard-earned money on stuff that isn't as healthy as they might have thought it was again thank you
Great to know about all the vitamins. Collagen is one that I want.
There are so many😲😳
Can u do a video on safe pans to use. Saw the movie dark water on Teflon and don't know what to use
@@manny7886 thanks for info but pots Leach that is untrue
@@manny7886 yeah bullshit buddy. An obvious shameless promotion.
The cleanest cookware would probably be erthenware aka terracotta/clay, unglazed. I know a lot of mexican markets sell them but do be cautious they may contain lead. There's some really clean ones you can find online but they're pricey.
@@originalnewyorker5833 - Kindly share the link to the studies.
I can't believe how confusing it is nowadays to know what to eat or drink. I'm just gonna start paying a nutritionist to buy our groceries and plan our meals for us
Some nutritionist can not be trusted! They work for fda who gives a lot of false information!
Ur recommendation r great need vegan alternative i send u the bill 😂 😂 😂. Don't need sugar in vitamin
I mean honestly, if you just stick to whole single ingredient foods 90% of the time, will pretty much be completely well off
This has a lot of good info. My mom asked me to find her a vitamin D without soy because it bothers her stomach. I found one on Amazon. I thought it was interesting that she new it was the soy that was the problem.
I love your positive energy, thanks man.
Omg I knew this is the video I’ve been waiting for. Most vitamins and supplements are trash ugh.
Hey Bobby! Do you one of those Amazon recommendation store pages where we can see all the things you recommend? If you don’t might be something to look at! I’d definitely benefit from it
Iam taking in all the information. Keep it coming. Never to old to learn a better way.
I just joined Costco ( 50 miles away.). And downloaded your App. I’m all set 😅
Trojan got a little advertisement too! 🤣

Kirkland Wild Alaskan Fish oil last line CONTAINS: Fish (Alaska Pollock, Cod, Salmon) and Soy.
I thought you mentioned soy is not good?
I have the same question 😊
Avoid soy. GMO
Not only this, but it also is not only Omega-3s that you are getting but also an equal amount of the other fatty acids including Omega-6s. I will stick with Nordic Naturals.
@@lazarus822 I just bought this Alaksa fish oil from Costco
I also use Nordic Natural 2150mg
Loving the Costco videos! Wish your book was available in ALL Costco’s

Excellent video and I love costco. Since I live in Quebec, Canada I don't have all the products in your costco video 😅
Excellent video pointing out sugars and especially soy and other bad oil in those supplements. You have to really read the labels for soy oil anywhere even “vitamin stores” and at Costco. I love and buy clean supplements at Costco all the time. Best prices.
Since you don’t recommend Centrum, what multivitamin, at Costco, do you recommend?
I seen the one I take right next to it was like please be good... Didn't even pick up nooooo. I was thinking the same thing are they all trash he couldn't find one at costco or what happened one of the first words in the Title is Vitamins yet Not one multivitamin recommendation
Multivitamins are garbage
@@coolvideo28 lliiòmn
Hi. View Green Vibrance vitamins
Multi is not necessary with a good diet
At a med university we, as students, are being told that all supplement (especially those sold in grocery stores) are bad. Because FDA has no regulations over the content of the supplements and thus it can be detrimental to liver or other organs. Moreover use of supplements is not
evidence based,meaning they are homeopathic.
Dr's just push pharmaceutical companies they don't heal anymore
Your med university really said that supplements are "homeopathic?" So vitamin D supplementation, iron supplementation in states of deficiency is homeopathic? No, they are not regulated but many companies do independent lab verification. To call all supplements homeopathic is just not correct.
@@meredith3588
Exactly!
Thats why i only go to the hospital for emergency natural is always better
Hello, from Costco What brand of Multivitamins for women's do you recommend? Thank you!

Hi
Green Vibrance a good multivitamin
He has too many sub.s to answer and is no expert anyway . Just read the back. U can buy organic ones but they smell. Just take a one a day and the good out counts the harm.
Never would’ve guessed you were 41! I would love to see a video on baby food and formula.
He looks at least that to me
Use a blender. Make it .
Love your channel man, you're the best. what's your take on "Kirkland Organic Multivitamins" I saw you passing them on the aisle and did not mention anything on them .
Dude is doing God's work. Good stuff bro, I need to show this video to some people I know.
I did a lot of research to get the recipe and give it to my family just working on it tasting better, has 8 fruits 3 vegs in it and it's the way I process it that assures the nutrient ingredients are getting to the body! good luck!
What about the “garden of life” vitamins are they worth buying?
They are definitely one of the better and cleaner ones out there.
They are really good. My Son is Vegan and uses them
How about nature’s bounty?
@@NightWalker465 Not that great - I would personally stay away. There are much better brands out there.
Garden of life was recently bought out by Nestle so I imagine their quality will go down quickly.
You're 41!!? 😳 I actually thought around 32!! You look amazing!

Really? I think he looks a bit busted for 41.
@@carlose.collazoflores284 I mean, not really. A lot of 41 year-old dudes out there have sagging jowls and greying hair and/or significant hair loss.
Bobby-Thank you for all you do. Could you make a video on calcium supplements? What is good and is liquid preferable over pill form. Thank you.
I love your videos. I now realize what is making my stomach bloat. It is all those additives in the processed foods I eat.
Hi, I'm new to your channel and I love it. I'm actually like a 5 minute drive from our Costco....you have tons of great tips, so I'll be watching all of your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. And congrats on your new baby girl. Bye for now from Canada.
Came across your account yesterday and have been binge watching! Thank you for all of this knowledge! 🙏🏽🙌🏽
MM TOO!!! ---- Gotta run and tell everyone I can!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great recommendations.
@@amandawalker4797 that is awesome!
How is the taste??
@kshiftkometh from what youre saying you have no idea how halal is performed. Where did you get your info? Halal is one single cut and focuses on the animals not suffering.. they focus on finding the veins which would kill them immmediatly so they don't go through as much pain. That is literally the "halal" way.

Can you please advise a good brand name for multivitamins from Costoc? Quite a revelation to see hidden ingredients in Centrum!
