I liked intermittent fasting very much and felt less bloated and much healthier but I'm pre-diabetic and I used to get really dizzy during the fast. I gave up but I still do a smaller fast of 15 hours on and 9 hours off and try to delay my breakfast. It works much better for me. I think you just need to try it and adjust it to suit your life. But definitely try it because over eating is habitual not because you are hungry.
Totally agree! I'm glad you found a way to make it fit yours. Thanks so much or sharing! :)
It seems you found the right fit for you :) Having that much food in a short window is pretty strenuous on your digestive system, in my opinion, but some people do that and they're fine.
I’ve tried IF and totally excited about the weight loss. Started slow doing 8/16 at first then shortened it up after a few weeks to 4/20. Energy was OFF THE CHARTS! It was amazing. Lost 25-30 lbs. taught me so much about myself and my carbohydrate ADDICTION.
Wow, that's awesome! I'm so glad you had a great experience!
Quit? I just now completed day 1,629 in a row. With an average of 19 hours as of today. Has nothing to do with weight loss for me. Is more about circadian rhythms.
That's awesome! Keep up the great work!
Thanks for sharing.
You bet! Thx for watching :)
Idk if you remember but about 5 years ago you made a how to on organic sodas I tried the recipe and it’s sooo good just wanted to say thank you it’s fast and good
Thank you for the videos as I have learned a lot from you. I have a question. I do intermittent fasting 7 days a week most of the time. I try to do 16-8 at a minimum up to 18-6 with a 36 hour fast once a month or so. I have heard some people suggest taking one day a week off from fasting. Any thoughts? Do you skip a day? thanks again
Does Glutone 1000 with Escor Z supplements breaks fast? Can we take during fasting window?
did you ever try omad
Honestly, no. Once I tried the 16:8, I was very happy with the timing for my lifestyle and also saw results.
@@laceybaier_ i love omad its my fav its feel very good when not eat 3 to 6 meals a day
I have done omad for 4 years now. It took about 9 months of learning to eat correctly(you CANNOT eat what you want) to make it work and shortening my eating window gradually before getting to omad 4 years ago. I lost 120 pounds and have gained muscle also. I don't think I will ever quit Omad for I feel great and I have great energy all day long.
@@davidadcock3382 i love omad its amazing i been doing it since jan 1st
