I have a few questions for you. First, do you put resistance is the circuit ? Second, how brake, turn signal etc... work here ? The blue ghost hardness is the LED effect controller ?

Hey! for the addresables you do not need to put in any resistance if you put in a 5v convertor! (I just realized that I didn't mention that!) yes the blueghozt harness does all of that for you!
