I'm currently building these panels for the Infiniti G37 sedan, and your right it starts to get confusing with the diodes being almost on top of each other. Not sure if you've seen the heart panels for the Infiniti sedan, but the largest heart pattern is 94 diodes alone. I've noticed when testing my groups that my groups of five are dimmer than my groups of four, i use the cheat sheet plus led array wizard and also the supplied resistors from illumaesthetic. I'm assuming in this build the groups are connected in series, did you have a dedicated 12V and ground? In my build the customer didn't want sequential function, so we decided what hearts are brake, turn signal etc could you give me any tips on this build?

oh man that sucks that they get a bit dimmer, and I have seen that. I would try to get a different resistor on there until you see the bightness level match
yes the groups are in series.
there is 1 12v and 1 ground that goes into the corsomotion module, that module has the inputs from the vehicle. they have modules that just do brake, turn, park without the sequential part of it
After going back through the groups, I figured out the problem. I've been using the led array wizard calculator that the guys at illumaesthetic speak of. This tail light build has been extremely challenging from the start. Have you had to reshape any panels before? If so how did you go about it? The curvature of the panels is a bit too much for the OEM tail light housing
Got a question for you. So I've finished driver's side panel and everything is working correctly, the customer wants a specific group of hearts to flash when signaling. With that being said all of the hearts on the panel are sharing common neutral and positive. What would you do? Also I'm utilizing the OEM module from the OEM lights, nothing aftermarket is driving these panels

That’s awesome!! Unfortunately 99 percent of cars do not have just lenses for sale
The only ones that will have separate lenses are lights that are known for really bad fading AND if they are butyl sealed lights
I have a 2013 Dodge Dart and I have the CorsoMotion V1 sequential modules coming for my tail light build. My car has a stop and turn setup (brake light as turn signal) and I just have one question about these modules.
What happens if you give a steady power signal to the turn signal input on the module? Will it make the cool sequential animation and stay on to give me a cool sequential brake light? Or will it cut out? Can I just use the turn signal function as my brake light? Or will I have to run my setup through a 2 to 3 wire converter to get an independent turn signal?
Or have you even tried this on a stop and turn setup?

unfortunately the corsomotion module will only fire the sequence 1 time if you give it constant power and it will fire right when power is applied so its not a good option for a show mode.
depending on the corsomotion module you got, it should have "turn, brake, park, ground" inputs on the board that you can solder your input wires to.
BUT the on car wiring is where you'll have to look. sometimes (not all the time) they will use the same wire going to the bulb to control the brake and turn signals and just have it switch at the bcm (15+ mustangs do this) in that case you will need a converter. ALTHOUGH a 13 dart most likely has a turn signal wire and a brake light wire going to the same bulb socket, in that case all you need to do is probe the wires and mark what each one does and run them directly to the corsomotion module.
Thank you so much! My car does have one power and one ground wire controlling both brake and turn signal. I have converted my car to amber rear turn signal in the past using a switchback bulb in the reverse light. Now I know to go ahead and order that converter. Thanks as always!

I’ve seen these on Tik Tok, and people are able to change the color, have multiple colors at once, different animations etc. Would that just be a different module put in? And are the colors changed on a laptop or a controller/bluetooth app? I want to order these but I want more color options than just red. Not sure how this stuff works.
hey! yes that would be a slightly different set up. those require different leds and a different module. im actually starting a color shifting heart brz set this week!! so that video will be up relatively soon

For sure! I mean anything i say isn’t going to mean anything.
I would recommend finding a builder that you’re interested in and ask customers of theirs how the process was.
Even better if you can find someone who had issues with the lights to see how the builder handled the warranty.
And of course always pay with trusted bank or the “goods and services” through PayPal so you get that extra layer of protection
