I'm 16 and I literally found this so hard to do for the first time but the thing that it's a daily routine which keeps me going, I know I'll get better at this if I consistently do this everyday :)

It really helped me build a foundation and this workout soon became too easy for me. But since i haven’t been working out for awhile it’s hard again but trust me it gets a lot easier

We all need a starting point. I couldn't do a single push-up when I first started too. Remember one step at a time but keep it consistent. Start on your knees and slowly try on your toes. Consistency will give you results and you'll only get stronger. 💪
I'm 15,I actually do the full body bodyweight fat burning (30 min)almost 3 days and the cardio abs(30 min)on 4th day.... Its my term 1 exam in 5 days,so since I have to prepare for it and concentrate more on it,I'm doing this 10 min workout till my exam gets over,like its gonna be 2 weeks from now,i really want to workout but since its my exam and i don't want to miss my workout,I'm doing this for 2 weeks.... I did this for around 2 months and I didn’t really see any results but it did make me feel good! If you wanna get abs and your dream body, I would not recommend this but if you wanna get up in the morning and feel good for the day I would recommend this workout! Have a good day 💕

I’ve been doing this for like 4 days already. Before this all I weighted 147lb. My weight didn’t change much for these 4 days but I do see I have lost inner thigh weight because my strech marks aren’t like pinkish/purple color anymore and I don’t have anymore of them appearing. I’ll come back and update y’all when I feel like this workout is to easy for me, and I change to a different workout plan.

Will try to do this everyday :D Day 1: died in the squats, pain, pain. My knees were wobbly and my thighs, butt, tummy and sholders hurt (hurt most in thigh and least in sholder) it is the next day im still in pain but i will do it agian (i feel abs) Day 2: just finished it. I'm dead. My thighs hurt a lot I could only do 30 secs and then iam done. It took my 20 mins 😭. Day 3: Just finished my workout. Sweated alott more. The squats were easy but I didn't do the push ups, bear jacks, bicycle crunches, four times abs properly and I'm kinda upset :/ but I will keep trying my best! Day 4: the pain was still there, the ab exercises are so hard for me. It was a good workout Day 5: the pain is almost all gone. Ab exercises are still hard. The plank is very easy for me (I might me doing it wrong)

I just started this and trust me. It is hard but I feel so good. I took a cold shower and it didn’t even feel cold and I just feel great. This help me so much and every morning and afternoon or just every morning because it made me feel wonderful, and after I feel way more relaxed.

@YMatyCz yeah double chin is something that even the skiniest of ppl can have. Usually its caused by looking down at your phone or sleeping in a curled position and smushing the fat under your chin

Please make a knee friendly version please with no squat, lunges, or jumping. When i do a workout with these exercises the next day my leg would really feel numb and painful
I am so sore but this workout seriously does work like i done it for a few weeks and i feel so good and energetic and my abs have seriously become so defined and toned and at first i didn’t think it would tone my abs but it seriously has and so has my entire body. I seriously recommend this for everyone to try even for like a week, youll see results

I'm gonna give updates for a week of this workout. Weight: 64.05 Kg / 128 lbs Height: 165 cm / 5'5 ft Waist: 81 cm Hips: 94 cm Butt: 98 cm Left Thigh: 56 cm Right Thigh: 59 cm . Day 1: I stopped a lot in the middle of the workout especially the pushup and the plank cuz I can't do pushups 😂 Day 2: This morning I woke up to a sore belly, sore butt, and sore thighs whew. The workout is getting a bit easier for me today. I don't stop very often anymore. Day 3: I just finished this workout today yay. This morning mu butt and legs doesn't feel sore anymore but my tummy still hurts aghh. I got more balanced doing the workout today and actually i think I've seen small changes on my thighs and tummy. Day 4: I didn't have a chance to do it yesterday cuz I'm out the whole day. Day 5: Back to routine! Today I managed to do all the workouts without rest and yes my tummy start hurting in the middle of the workout. Sorry, I forgot to update for day 6 and 7 haha imma just tell you what i remember abt that time. Day 6: I got distracted in the morning, so I did it somewhere between my schedules. Not really hard anymore. Day 7: Last day, not much to update but yeah I lost 2 kgs and I should say it's a very effective way to energize and refresh you in the morning and also to kind of control you from eating trash. A good workout especially for newbies cuz there's more of the basic moves (i mean not a lot of variations and additions to each move ex. Inchworm with knee tuck) yea u get it.

When we suddenly start exercising, severe pain starts in different parts of our body.What should we do in this case to reduce pain and go on with exercising regularly???
Just go with it. When you first start, the muscle have inertia since they have been sitting idle before that. But if you push through that pain,you will notice that slowly the intensity of pain reduces and then the day will come when you could do a straight 30 minute workout without an oumce of pain. However, you have to listen to your body too. If pain is much severe,try yoga /dancing on alternate days.
Doing this until my schools championship (I’m strengthening myself for the relay race) Day 1: IT WAS HORRIBLE OH MY GOD 😭 I only did the leg part and I’m so sore Day 2: I did it, my legs were awful but I was able to finish the workout. However, my upper body is super weak so I didn’t do a few of the exercises. - didn’t do it in the weekend, my body stopped aching- Day 3: Eh, it was alright. I was a little sore after (obviously) but I wasn’t panting as the other days. In the upper body I did 20 push ups and 30 sit ups instead of the exercises, because I want them to get a bit more stronger before I start doing those on the vid. I’m also going to start focusing more on my diet, because I eat a lot of junk haha

My favorite workout! When in doubt I always come back to this one. It's great for getting back in the rhythm after not exercising for a while

i have started doing this 1 week ago and missed 2 days and it feels good when i do it
I'm gonna give updates for a week of this workout.
Weight: 64.05 Kg / 128 lbs
Height: 165 cm / 5'5 ft
Waist: 81 cm

Butt: 98 cm
Left Thigh: 56 cm
Right Thigh: 59 cm

Day 1: I stopped a lot in the middle of the workout especially the pushup and the plank cuz I can't do pushups 😂
Day 2: This morning I woke up to a sore belly, sore butt, and sore thighs whew. The workout is getting a bit easier for me today. I don't stop very often anymore.
Day 3: I just finished this workout today yay. This morning mu butt and legs doesn't feel sore anymore but my tummy still hurts aghh. I got more balanced doing the workout today and actually i think I've seen small changes on my thighs and tummy.
Day 4: I didn't have a chance to do it yesterday cuz I'm out the whole day.
Day 5: Back to routine! Today I managed to do all the workouts without rest and yes my tummy start hurting in the middle of the workout.
Sorry, I forgot to update for day 6 and 7 haha imma just tell you what i remember abt that time.
Day 6: I got distracted in the morning, so I did it somewhere between my schedules. Not really hard anymore.
Day 7: Last day, not much to update but yeah I lost 2 kgs and I should say it's a very effective way to energize and refresh you in the morning and also to kind of control you from eating trash. A good workout especially for newbies cuz there's more of the basic moves (i mean not a lot of variations and additions to each move ex. Inchworm with knee tuck) yea u get it.
How much weight have u lost?
@@Tenzohp1 i did this around 2 weeks ago and i think i lost 2 kg. Fyi I only did it once a day right after i wake up

When we suddenly start exercising, severe pain starts in different parts of our body.What should we do in this case to reduce pain and go on with exercising regularly???
Just go with it. When you first start, the muscle have inertia since they have been sitting idle before that. But if you push through that pain,you will notice that slowly the intensity of pain reduces and then the day will come when you could do a straight 30 minute workout without an oumce of pain.
However, you have to listen to your body too. If pain is much severe,try yoga /dancing on alternate days.

Doing this until my schools championship (I’m strengthening myself for the relay race)
Day 1: IT WAS HORRIBLE OH MY GOD 😭 I only did the leg part and I’m so sore
Day 2: I did it, my legs were awful but I was able to finish the workout. However, my upper body is super weak so I didn’t do a few of the exercises.
- didn’t do it in the weekend, my body stopped aching-
Day 3: Eh, it was alright. I was a little sore after (obviously) but I wasn’t panting as the other days. In the upper body I did 20 push ups and 30 sit ups instead of the exercises, because I want them to get a bit more stronger before I start doing those on the vid. I’m also going to start focusing more on my diet, because I eat a lot of junk haha
