Will I lose weight doing this everyday? I’m going through early menopause and I can’t lose weight at all even though I’m counting calories. Please help
I love that she also needed breaks. Like when she was getting tired doing the squats, I actually felt like I was working out with a friend. Other workout girls do the whole workout without breaking a sweat and it kind of makes me feel even more out of shape!
to all the people that are secretly doing this in their bedrooms with headphones in: you are perfect. and you are amazing for trying to lose some wait. i love that your putting in the effort. keep it up and i promise you will see results
Thank you so much that means a lot, I do it because I don’t love my body but this makes me realize I’m not the only one, we all have insecurities but that’s ok so thank you I feel so much better
remember guys, you don’t need to complete the full workout to be doing an amazing job. the fact that you’re watching this right now and that you’re trying is already a great step. i’m proud of all of you
honestly that makes me wanna cry…. thank you for that even tho it was little it still made me feel better about everything and everything i’ve struggled with trying to better myself you just made me feel so much better about not being perfect
25 leg raises each 30 second plank 27 knee to elbow planks 15 leg raises 15 Superman’s 20 fire hydrants each leg 30 arm circles forward and back 20 calf raises 37 bouncing lunges each leg 30 sumo squats I hope this helps for the other girls who like to know how much of each exercise your supposed to do
I like how she actually shows that she’s breathing heavily and getting a bit tired because it makes it seem realistic to how I’m going to be feeling lol. It’s a bit off putting if a PT is never tired and breezes through everything
I am really depressed and I’m just trying to lose some weight and finding this video just made me so happy I did the whole thing in my room I didn’t have to worry about anyone looking at me and I can just pause the video if I need to to catch up or something I’m literally crying bc I know I could do this everyday. Thank you!!!❤️❤️❤️
same! this is something that i can actually have the motivation to do so i can be healthier! i love that i dont have to jump becuase one of my biggest anxiety's is makeing noise so i never do workouts!
Finally a workout tutorial made by an actual human being and not a fitness monster. It's something simple, yet at points challenging to the average person. She had to take a break or two just like all of us at home and heaved her breaths occasionally, just like all of us. As someone who's been working to get their life together just the tiniest bit more during quarantine, I'm hoping to use this as a starter workout for me. I'll try to do this everyday for a month, or more if I need it. Then I can slowly work my way up to longer and more challenging workouts.
@@blammmed Suddenly they're asking what the noise is, wont stop talking about you trying to lose weight, make it embarrassing, etc. Obviously a lot of the times theyre trying to be encouraging(not all parents though), but the way they execute the encouragement actually discourages me.
This is my first time doing this and as someone who is insecure about their weight and feels like all workouts in UA-cam don’t work, this one definitely does. I feel the strain and the weakness in my body getting greater but in a good way. It shows that this workout actually works. Love this!
@@cobain2954 yeah I wanna know the results too because I just started today because I feel really insecure and want a smaller stomach because my boyfriend is really fit and losing lots of weight so I feel pretty disgusting looking at myself and sad. It’s embarrassing seeing how skinny he is compared to me 🤧🥲
@•Liv _ Gacha• exactly my mom said when they were replacing my door when i was a baby they switched up my door with the closet door now the 3 foot closet no one can fit in but me has a lock and my room doesnt
Day 1: Did good but stopped a little Day 2: My body hurt a lot so but still completed Day 3: Left a step cause my mom walked in my room and was too embarrassed to continue Day 4: Didn’t do it but I instead went on a long walk Day 5: Feeling out of breath but completed only stopped at last one for just 5 seconds Day 6: Done ✔️ Day 7: complete but sumo squats are still hard but did it will no to less stopping Day 8: Did half only but went on a long walk Day 9: completed ✅ and didn’t stop at all but maybe just for 2 secs on sumo squat and can see results Day 10: I skipped 7 days because of 🩸 but on completed on day 16 and sumo squats are getting harder since I skipped days Day 11: completed and didn’t stop at sumo squats but I stopped for 5 seconds on right leg lunge cause I was slipping Day 12: skipped a day but completed ✅ with ease only sumo squats are hard but did it non the less Day 13: completed and my body us getting use to it Day 14: did it plus went on a long walk Day 15: completed Day 16: see results Day 17:got sick for a few days Day 20: feel amazing
wow i’ve been doing this challenge for 2 weeks and i see so much results. my waist so much slimmer and my butt actually grew. i tried other youtubers but i didn’t see any difference and make my waist square. but i’m so happy with results so far
Omg thank you for this because half the reason I give up on working out is because I don’t know if it will actually help so thank you this is my motivation🙌🏼
This is actually wonderful. I love the simplicity. No jumping, no weird pretentious movements. Everything is recognizable and straight forward. Well done.
Supermans and sumo squats will be the death of me. Not to mention the two legged leg lift things. Ugh Feeling great about it though and I like it when she says that the sumo squats are hard and takes a moment to stop.
Doing this everyday until July 1st! I'll keep you all updated. Day 1 - feels good! My thighs feel tense Day 2- no changes ovb tho I feel more flexible Day 3- had sports day lol couldn't do it Day 4- done! Day 5- also completed but the cramps after Day 6- woo done ✔ Day 7- went to my schools public gym instead Day 8- done Day 9- I look the tiniest more toned Day 10- feeling confident :) Day 11- donee Sorry about the lack of updates
I've been doing this workout for a week now and I'm already seeing improvments and I'm even enjoying it! The first time I tried the plank I fell over 3 times, after a week I can hold it without shaking much!
how its now? i hope you did that. also, can you give some tips, like: how much i need to do that in one day etc. i just started. modt of them i did in dances, but ill try here.
@@bubblebubbleguppies123 currently it's my board exams goin on so my dad suggested me to be flexor so the next week everything ends for a day imma relax and start with this
Doing this for a month after I used to do it everyday 7 months ago. Day 1: I'm a bit sad because it used to be so easy and now it's really tough but that's one more reason to keep up! I'll keep on going hoping that one day I'll be able to look at myself in the mirror and truly be confident, I want to be strong and flexible and endurant!... I'm excited to become who I've always dreamed of being. (I'm doing this along with 4 other workouts)
I’ve been doing this every day for a week now (I used to not exercise AT ALL) And i am feeling good! Update: i can do the plank for the whole 30 seconds now!!!
LAZY GIRL HERE! I am actually almost in tears! I am 15 years old, 5'5 and weigh about 180 lb. I don't get enough exercise like I should, and have hardly any muscle. I'm so ready to change my life around.
i CANNOT believe i thought starting a chloe ting workout would be a good idea when i can barely even keep up with this 7 MINUTE VIDEO. goes to show how out of shape i am, yikes
Maneet Hira you definetly get stronger over time. Also in the first 2-4 days it's best to use alterations when doing some of her exercises. But after that, you will be strong enough to do the exercises.
This is the first workout video that I was actually able to get through and finish. I’m not in the best shape but I’m trying to be healthier and more productive with my mental and physical health. This has helped a lot with my motivation and confidence. Thank you!
I love how she didn’t cut the video and I can play whatever music I want. I like that there is no countdown timer in the corner, bc they make me impatient. Something about her workouts are just very realistic to me, I feel like instead of some personal trainer that never sweats, she is real. I am doing a 7 minute 7 day workout from another UA-camr. I hope I see results! Love you so much
So i tried this and I will tell you how it went... Day1: i did a different work out but it was a bit too hard Day2: i really enjoyed this i feel pain in my thighs. Day3: today was a lot easier. But im still sweating like a pig😂🐷. I feel pain in my thighs and a bit in my arms. I can See a difference Keep liking and I will come back tomorrow and tell you how it felt Im sorry i havent updated anyone but i really had no time to update I did See some differences i felt a lot of pain IT works. All i can say Ok look its been a year and i gave up lol super sorry for not updating. Im not dead as some of yall might say but as i remember IT does work. For me atleast. Idk you could try it but tbh i would give up straight away. Again super sorry for not updating ;)
I started this Monday 3/28/22 Weighed: 266 It’s now 3/31 Weight: 262 04/04 Weight: 259 I’m down 4 pounds i less than a week! The only thing extra I do is 30 min cardio on my bike before this work out, intermittent fasting and 2-3 water bottles a day, no soda. I still can’t do the mountain climbers I just bring my knees to my chest 😂 but I’ll keep this updated for y’all
Update: I fell off a little so I’m only at 253 sadly lol but I’m getting back on track and at least w/ my bad eating and doing this and my bike workout 5x a week my weight is going down instead of up it just hasn’t progressed as much as it would’ve wirht clean eating! Will be back next month I’m going to start HIIT too this week.
hey y’all, remember that you can stop an exercise when you can’t go further anymore, take a break while it lasts and join in with the next exercise. I find this helpful, whenever I stop I write it down, and when I managed to complete it the next day (or maybe not!) I can see see the progress I made! stay healthy x
I've been saying that this whole lockdown and my school going back on the 15th March. Today I finally decided to get up and do it. Today is the 10th so I got 5 days to get my glow up
I haven’t worked out in so long and just wanted to do something that didn’t look impossible for me to do. I feel so accomplished by just this one workout. Heart is pumping. Going to repeat this workout until I feel I can do something more challenging!! Thank you!
Hello.....normally I don't get personal on this stuff. I've been diabetic for 2 years going on 3. After having a child it's been tough. Depression and anxiety with self esteem issues is hard. Crazy feeling ugly can affect getting motivated to try to feel beautiful. I went from 150 to 180 pounds and it has affected me but with these easy exercises it's been motivating with little pressure. Thank you for making this video.
hey just wanted to pop in and say you are so strong! i know what it’s like to deal with depression, anxiety, and self esteem issues. but you are so powerful to keep going strong i’m sure you’re an amazing person, and even better mama! just push through tough times because there is always a light at the end of the tunnel! 💞
I went from 140-215 in 4 years. And here I am 4 years later doing these “lazy” workouts. I want to keep going and not give up. We can do it , you’re not the only one 😊
yass you goo boo be the best mama bear to ur little ones and mashallah may allah bless you and your family and grsnt us all jannah al firdous mashallah
As a beginner, this was great! I ended up doing this everyday for a week, sometimes doing this twice in a row. Now I’m trying more advanced challenges and pushing myself more than I thought possible, so thank you for a doable workout that has helped me tremendously!
Gonna be doing this everyday before school starts. Day 1: done Day 2: done Day 3: done (this already got pretty easy by the 3rd day :] ) Day 4: done Day 5: done edit: guys i finished this awhile ago, haha. no more updates, sorry
First youtube workout I’ve ever completed! I think the fact there was no count down in the corner of the screen helped me to not get impatient and actually follow through. thanks so much for this! plan on doing this for a week
@@vickyjustiz Hey Vicky, i love your videos and I have a question for you. I gave birth 4 months ago, and I haven't really worked out in years. I would love to get rid of the belly fat and mostly upper body fat that i got during pregnancy. Do you think this video will help me to get a bit into shape and then move to another one? Thanks, love and support from Frankfurt, Germany
@@mrs.t6782 hey girlie, as long as you are staying active and eating right this video should be helpful for getting stronger and into better shape! this would probably be helpful for helping you to get stronger so you can move to different videos once you feel ready yes!!!
I’m not overweight but I feeeelll that. 😂😂 I’m not even halfway through the video like “girl I need a break hold up” I’m a skinny, small person but I am SUPER out of shape. Sis does nothing but lay in bed and eat ramen.
When I usually do a workout I never know what’s good for my body in that moment but she makes me feel SO happy and accomplished when I workout with her ❤❤
ok so school is starting in a month and I want to get fit so I’m doing this everyday for 2 weeks before school starts Day 1: I finished a little out of breath (not too bad). My legs got a good workout and they’re a little sore (especially my thighs) Day:2 I had no time so I only did a little. Day:3 I did the full workout again. I feel less out of breath then the first time I did this. Day:4 I was having stomach pains and so after this I felt better. I still feel like my legs get worked out the best. Day:5 I haven’t seen any results yet, but after the workout I feel better mentally and (even though I’m sore) physically. I walked 2 miles. Day:6 I’m still doing it! I’ve found that for me the Superman and Zumba squats are the hardest. I walked 2.5 miles also. Day:7 still working at it! I walked 3 miles I’m taking the weekend off but I walked 3 miles on Saturday, and 3 miles on Sunday Day:8 still doing it! I walked 3.5 miles Day:9 still going! 🏃🏼♀️ *Update:* I haven’t really had time to do this. I’m hoping to be able to keep doing it soon. Since some people were asking if I saw any results, here you go. Now since I only did it for a little over a week you don’t really see any significant changes. With that said, after the workout I feel better about myself (mentally and physically). I can tell that my thighs have gotten more toned after this workout with all the lunges and squats etc. Like so I stay motivated and do this everyday to let you guys know how this works
Oh my God, you help me so much. I didn’t work out like three months and the lazy workout videos are helping me so much and I’m getting back to workout every day. Thank you ❤
Hey! I'm documenting my progress. Keep in mind that i'm 16 years old and i'm a person that never does exercises or has ever got into any sports, so this is my first time being commited to do some workouts. - Day 1: it wasn't too hard. I'm liking a lot this workout, and tomorrow i'm going to add to this routine other exercises to improve height and posture. The only one i'm having troubles with is the leg raising one. - Day 2: today was way harder than yesterday. I added to my routine some high planks, side planks and downward facing dog exercises so my arms are feeling numb. But today was a very good day and i'm feeling very tired, my arms, legs and stomach are hurting. - Day 3: i'm very tired today. I did this workout very late at night and today i'm a little sick so i'm not breathing correctly (i'm very allergic) so i did them but some of them i didn't complete (plank leg raises and the one where u lay down and raise your legs those are the ones i struggle the most.) Give me a like to keep u guys uptaded on my journey!
I am only 12 and extremely out of shape and this comment section really helped me push through at first I was getting really tired and didn’t wanna do it I read some comment and pushed myself to do the rest by the end it wasn’t as bad as it was at the beginning never give up guys
ur not alone lol im 13 all the comments are so nice tho :) just know youre perfect the way you are and you are stronger than you think give yourself credit for it ♥️
@@kataraloveninjas8965 it's like a 3 red faces with sweat then 1 red heart then 1 fire emoji then like puppy eyes then last it's like laughing but it's blushing and a hand over the mouth Hope that helps
I am under 12(not comfy w saying actual age), and ive been doing this workout for 2 daays now, i feel very out of shape and i just want to feel fit, i love this workout because its so realistic! I took 5 second breaks on some exercises but today i did no breaks! I feel proud of myself and for anyone reading this comment just remember that you are perfect and ehatever you put your mind to you can do!
Just completed this workout. I’ve been looking for some low-impact workouts to start with because of injuries. This was challenging but easy enough to ease my way into and feeling like I’m doing something more than a walk. Thank you for the video and I look forward to seeing your other videos and working out with you!
I’m in the same boat in terms of needing low impact at times because of a herniated disc in my lower back 😒 I did this 3x and it was so good! Thanks Vicky and please make more videos like this!! Xx
Yes!! I needed this! I decided to start working out yesterday but I’m starting slow with just a walk/jog. Now I can add this for when I’m just laying in bed watching Netflix. Please do more lazy girl workouts!
I'm so glad I found this video! I'm *extremely* out of shape and all the usual beginner workouts are **way** too intense for me, this is perfect for me right now
Everyone: *here to lose weight* Me: i'm tired all the time from school as an introvert and i have anxiety from school again and i wanna get myself moving after hours of sitting in school and at home
If you see this comment plz like because it will help keep me motivated and it will make sure I remember(also good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey we got this) Day 1: you don't realize how long a minute is until you start working out I've never been in the best shape so I feel like now is the best time to try and get in shape because I can't go anywhere anyways I'm sweating and I'm sore but I already feel better I'm excited to see results (btw I'm doing another work out as well the other im going to do I'm the morning and this one I'm doing at night) Hey guys sorry I haven't been updating I did the workout for a month and kinda slowly just stopped after that I have recently decided to try again with this workout thank you to all the people who were checking in on me
you got this girl! its okay if you're not in a routine yet! even doing it once a month is better than not doing it at all. I'm proud of you for doing one day though!!
Just your usual reminder that you do not have to lose weight and fit to society's expactations to look or feel "pretty". If you are doing this for your health or some other reason, keep up and good luck! :)
@@Sarah-cp4lp I personally I'm here for myself. I'm not happy with my stickman-ass lookin' figure, but your comment is truly very important, so thank you!❤❤👑
Yeah I had a big hiccup in my glow up thanks to quarinitine and my increased fear of getting sick and all the germs. I haven’t been able to walk around my college campus to get to my classes and been eating a lottt of lemon pound cake slices just because of stress snacking. So I genuinely needed that
This workout is just PERFECT for me because I can’t even remember the last time I did sport. During the workout I noticed how out of shape I was and had to stop sometimes for a few seconds but all in all it was really fun to do and a great start. I will do this till it’s easy and then do some longer workouts
I love this work out it encourages me to work out daily and I go to school and I want to cry but this makes me so happy that you posted this and I can not jump because my parents will find out
same!! i couldnt do daisy keechs bc there was a timer, it wasnt one shot and she wasnt sweating or taking breaks during workouts, just in between, made it less relateable and boring 🫶
I’ve been doing this for 4 days, once a day and I can totally tell I’ve made an improvement in the fact it’s becoming easier and I’m not getting as tired and I’m really proud that I’ve stuck to it! 💜
ngl I’ve been doing this for a week and some, and I haven’t seen DRASTIC differences but my abs are tighter, my legs are tighter, and I can see and feel small differences! This was a great jumping off point to get me into the routine of working out every day bc usually I just forget or don’t have motivation, so having this be so short was so helpful. Thank you!
Doing this everyday for a week! Day 1 - STRUGGLE!! but I still managed to complete it with 1 break. Day 2 - Way more easier it’s like my body feels a slight pain but it’s better than yesterday Day 3 - A tiny bit harder but took a small break
@@kreyziart9472 I've lost, like 1-2 kg. Didn't do it everysingle day, but i eat healthier and do extra workouts as well. Definitely better than nothing!!
this workout has saved me literally, the first workout of which i'm able to do every day and this gives me a lot of motivation, i hope to see results very soon, i think i'll do this for 3 or 4 months day 1:it was really easyy but i sweated a lot day 2:my body hurts a bit but easy and pleasant to do day 3:even today it was very easy day 4:my body is getting used to it so i don't struggle that much i have a lot of anxiety that there will be no results, im so exasperated in losing weight! anyway you can do it!! you only need self-confidence and motivation, and you will see that you will make it, good luck girl !!
This is the workouts that I’ve been looking for! I’m overweight and depressed so it is really hard for me to get active throughout the day and this workout was the most perfect workout I’ve ever done. Also, unlike other fitness UA-camrs, she actually seems human lol. Like stopping in the middle of the squats for a few seconds is what most of us are doing lol

Day 2 out of 60! Rating - 8/10 How I felt - my body is BURNING!! Why am I doing this? - to make myself more confident and "pretty" Thank you if your just joining in on my see you tomorrow!
maybe you guys were going too low, i used to do that and holy crap i could barely hold a 25 second plank ;-; if you just bring your butt up a bit higher like an inch, you’ll be good! (planks aren’t supposed to be a complete straight line)
i tend to shame myself for taking breaks while watching the instructor keep going, so i really really appreciated you being open and showing us you hadda stop during the sumo squats for a sec. it’s okay to take a break!! i need to remember that
Just tried this for the first time - as a girl that doesn’t like exercising, and with a busy schedule and a 6 month old, this is hands down the best exercise I’ve found that I actually think I’ll stick to. Thank you!🤞🏼❤️
I haven’t worked out in years. I started this work out last week and it was so hard. It’s already getting easier. I’ve started to incorporate more of your “lazy girl workouts” so I’m now doing about 20 mins of work outs instead of just 7 every day. THANK YOU for making these videos.. there’s no way I would’ve kept going if I couldn’t start with a quick workout and build my strength gradually.
I do this workout on my active rest days for Chloe Ting's challenges. It's not as intense, but it has similar excercises and gets the blood flowing, which is nice. Also can we appreciate that I can now do a plank without dying? That's what we call progress.
This is the first time I've found a quick workout I can do before bed. I'm really uncomfortable with my body and trying to do better, most "beginner" videos are even too much for me. This is such a good find for me, definitely going to do this regularly. Thanks!!

I’m going to try to keep updating this everyday. When I say that, I’ll probably miss a few, but I’ll still try. Day 1 (12/20/20) : Before this workout, I had done 50 squats and 50 wallpushups. Those were the only exercises I really knew how to do, so I looked up this video. For the most part, I was successful. The parts I struggled on was the planking and the squats at the end. My legs feel like shit and I’m sweating a lot. Day 2 (12/21/20) : My legs were sore as shit from the workouts yesterday. It was a lot worse than last night and I even had trouble walking around and especially bending down to pick things up. I did a few of the exercises before I had to relocate because of family (I don’t like being watched while working out) and I had a much easier time walking. I still struggled with the planks and squatting at the end. I also nearly fell while doing the bouncing lunges lol. I held the plank for around 10 seconds, though it might have been shorter because I can’t do those for shit. After the workout, I can now flex my leg muscles without it hurting as much. I didn’t sweat as much as I did yesterday because I didn’t do any pre-workout things like squats and wallpushups, though I’ll do them now. Day 3 (12/22/20) : My legs were sore the entire day. I had to take my dog to the vet and I could barely hold him since he’s a pitbull. I had trouble walking normally and up and down stairs. Yet again, after doing the workout, the soreness was at ease. It was still there but was lessened by a lot. I did the 50 squats, wallpushups, and jumping jacks (I actually did those the past 2 days but forgot to put it here, whoops). I managed to hold the plank for the entire 30 seconds. My tip is to not think about how long you’re holding it, it’ll make it seem longer. Think of something else, like a daydream, and it’ll pass much quicker. Day 4 (12/23/20) : My legs were barely sore today. Sure, if I bent my thighs I could feel it, but it was still mostly gone. While doing the workout, the only times I could feel my sore thighs were during the lunge bounces and the squatting at the end, which even then was not too bad. This time I barely managed to do the planking. When we were lifting both legs up, my dog jumped off my bed and laid down right on top of my chest, so I got a small break there haha. Today was the best day in terms of not sore legs. Tomorrow, I'll start to do the workout twice a day. Once in the morning and continuing at night. I'll edit this comment for each workout. I haven't done the squats, wallpushups, and jumping jacks yet, so I'll get to it. Day 5 (12/24/20) : (Morning) I went to bed late and had to get up early so doing the first workout was a bit of a hassle motivation-wise. My legs aren’t sore at all and the workout went by mostly as a breeze. I struggled with the plank this morning, though everything else was mostly fine. Now all I have to do is wait until night to continue the second workout. I’ll do the 50 squats, wallpushups, and jumping jacks now. (Night) I did all of the exercises tonight. I felt it in my thighs during the squats at the end. Otherwise, things were mostly the same. I barely managed to do the plank for all 30 seconds, I struggled a bit with the knee to elbow plank, and felt it during the second half of the bounce lunges. While doing the squats this morning, I managed to get through all 50 in almost one whole sitting. I did 30 in a row, then the other 20. Instead of being forced to take a small rest from the soreness, it was because I was out of breath, which is progress. During the night squats, I did all 50 in one sitting, though I am out of breath and sweating hard because of it. I can feel it in my legs right now. I actually had some trouble with the wallpushups because my arms get a little tired being held straight in front of me when I do my squats. Other than that, I basically did everything in one sitting. Alright so I haven't updated in a while. I stopped because of Christmas gifts and then got lazy, but I think I'll move onto a harder workout. It only took 5 days to get used to this and to stop the sore legs. I'm not sure which one I'll move onto just yet but I will continue this because I want to change.

Finally a workout tutorial made by an actual human being and not a fitness monster. It's something simple, yet at points challenging to the average person.
I did this workout very late at night and today i'm a little sick so i'm not breathing correctly (i'm very allergic) so i did them but some of them i didn't complete (plank leg raises and the one where u lay down and raise your legs those are the ones i struggle the most.)
Give me a like to keep u guys uptaded on my journey!

Girl thank you 😭 doing this at least 4-6 times a week for a month has helped my body A LOT.
Thanks to you I have found some motivation :D
Heyyy can u list some of the changes I need motivation ☺️
Everyone: *here to lose weight*
Me: i'm tired all the time from school as an introvert and i have anxiety from school again and i wanna get myself moving after hours of sitting in school and at home
YESS
You're not alone girl😭
Same
Can relate
Im not here to lose weight only here bc i feel weak
I'm doing this cause someone called me ugly at school so I'm trying to glow up lmao
If you see this comment plz like because it will help keep me motivated and it will make sure I remember(also good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey we got this)
Day 1: you don't realize how long a minute is until you start working out I've never been in the best shape so I feel like now is the best time to try and get in shape because I can't go anywhere anyways I'm sweating and I'm sore but I already feel better I'm excited to see results (btw I'm doing another work out as well the other im going to do I'm the morning and this one I'm doing at night)
Hey guys sorry I haven't been updating I did the workout for a month and kinda slowly just stopped after that I have recently decided to try again with this workout thank you to all the people who were checking in on me
Girllll day 1 only? Come on you got this
...update ussss
hey, just wanted to check in on you and how its going
okayyyy i see that unnus annus profile pic
you got this girl! its okay if you're not in a routine yet! even doing it once a month is better than not doing it at all. I'm proud of you for doing one day though!!
I love how you actually acknowledge that workouts burn and can be hard instead of like “this super easy light burn workout”
Who is here because they want to have an insane glow up during quarantine...
LETS GOOOOO!!! 😊
Just your usual reminder that you do not have to lose weight and fit to society's expactations to look or feel "pretty". If you are doing this for your health or some other reason, keep up and good luck! :)
@@Sarah-cp4lp I personally I'm here for myself. I'm not happy with my stickman-ass lookin' figure, but your comment is truly very important, so thank you!❤❤👑
@@Sarah-cp4lp Thanks 🥺, really needed to hear something like this
Yeah I had a big hiccup in my glow up thanks to quarinitine and my increased fear of getting sick and all the germs. I haven’t been able to walk around my college campus to get to my classes and been eating a lottt of lemon pound cake slices just because of stress snacking. So I genuinely needed that
This workout really works?I want to know that
This workout is just PERFECT for me because I can’t even remember the last time I did sport. During the workout I noticed how out of shape I was and had to stop sometimes for a few seconds but all in all it was really fun to do and a great start. I will do this till it’s easy and then do some longer workouts
damn was just thinking about how i should work out but im too lazy... ima take this as a sign
YES GIRL its a sign

I love this work out it encourages me to work out daily and I go to school and I want to cry but this makes me so happy that you posted this and I can not jump because my parents will find out
i really liked that there was no background music and it was all one take. definitely good work out for lazy day :)
same!! i couldnt do daisy keechs bc there was a timer, it wasnt one shot and she wasnt sweating or taking breaks during workouts, just in between, made it less relateable and boring 🫶
@@roryinkeri it motivated me somehow
I agree. The occasional grunt was a little weird but it’s better than blasting motivational music or whatever💀💀
Day 2 - Way more easier it’s like my body feels a slight pain but it’s better than yesterday
Day 3 - A tiny bit harder but took a small break
Who's here because of quarantine? 🤧
quarantine glowups tho
I am And now I have to go back to school in 2 weeks!!
Me 😭😭😭
Me🤧😐
@@Dinoccakes why
Finally a workout I can do 😭 I'm so out of shape I hope this helps me get back into it
Same!!
Soo it’s been a month how is it
@@kreyziart9472 I've lost, like 1-2 kg. Didn't do it everysingle day, but i eat healthier and do extra workouts as well. Definitely better than nothing!!
@@jupita551 BRO ITS BETTER THAN NOTHING U GOT THIS GIRL I BELIEVE IN U, KEEP DOIN THOSE EXTRA WORKOUTS YASSSSS 😭✨✨✨
same. i'm not overweight or anything i'm just so weak
this workout has saved me literally, the first workout of which i'm able to do every day and this gives me a lot of motivation, i hope to see results very soon, i think i'll do this for 3 or 4 months
day 1:it was really easyy but i sweated a lot
day 2:my body hurts a bit but easy and pleasant to do
day 3:even today it was very easy
day 4:my body is getting used to it so i don't struggle that much
i have a lot of anxiety that there will be no results, im so exasperated in losing weight!
anyway you can do it!!
you only need self-confidence and motivation, and you will see that you will make it, good luck girl !!
hey, any results?:D im proud of you girlie for pushing through
I hope you're continuing and seeing the results.
This is the workouts that I’ve been looking for! I’m overweight and depressed so it is really hard for me to get active throughout the day and this workout was the most perfect workout I’ve ever done. Also, unlike other fitness UA-camrs, she actually seems human lol. Like stopping in the middle of the squats for a few seconds is what most of us are doing lol
when the ad comes in between to give u a break: only time ads weren’t annoying
True
you got ads?!?!??!?!?!?
I didn’t get ads

Is there any easy workout for full body video which you recommend that helps in losing excess fat?
Day 2 out of 60!
Rating - 8/10
How I felt - my body is BURNING!!
Why am I doing this? - to make myself more confident and "pretty"
Thank you if your just joining in on my see you tomorrow!
To be fair, you know you need this if you can't even do a 30 sec plank without panting...
I feel like I’ve been called out 🥲
My arms were shaking so bad hahahah
Omg I did this and I started to shake when doing a plank that’s how u know I’m lazy😂
@@dr.baddie.7019 I thought I was the only one! I was shaking SO much!
maybe you guys were going too low, i used to do that and holy crap i could barely hold a 25 second plank ;-; if you just bring your butt up a bit higher like an inch, you’ll be good!
Thanks!!
Y’all are saying you’ll update your journey but stopping at day 2 💀😭

@@Anavi_1 Thanks you too🫶🏻
I’m going to try to keep updating this everyday.
How the fawk
You may not see this, but if you’re still exercising, I hope you’re seeing changes and eating healthily.
It’s makes it a bit harder when you got a kitten always attacking your hands and legs when you try to exercise 🤣
lol my cat does that too😂😂
My dogs and cats being getting in my way 😂
Or a 2 year old daughter😂
I have 3 cats and whenever doing a workout they thought im playing with them
same but with a doggie
"Do this if you wanna start your day without getting too sweaty"
