Great doing this workout again. I'm 54 years old and sadly have been diagnosed with svPPA and this week, with Covid-19. This workout felt great despite my diseases.

I just discovered these and they are by far the best kettlebell workouts I’ve tried. I actually feel like I’m being challenged and I’m sweating buckets. I’m going to come out quarantine like an ANIMAL!!

Tough but surprisingly doable with a few modifications from me! I hate running but actually enjoyed running around the KB. Yet I was *really* glad for the alternative to jumping jacks!!! I also love that your workouts are cardio-intensive without doing a ton of swings, as those seem to hurt my back.
I don’t recommend forward swings amymore. I do like the Swingblade, which is side to side
@@28DayNewYou Very interesting! Is it because that it's hard to maintain good form and not cause injury? I much prefer the side-to-side version too.

Omgosh I did it.Ok ok I used a light kettle bell but I did it and feeling good 👍. Will be doing this two more times this week,something else nxt week then doing it again following week. Yeeah feeling good 👍🥰

We usually do your 20 min workouts which are great if strength oriented. These longer sets are an awesome way to mix in some endurance. Thanks coach! (I think I saw the steely glint of the Sgt n your eye once or twice too) ;)

10 Kg is 22LB, so you aren't slacking with it. I'm just glad I never got rid of my 8Kg kettlebell.
