    You are so motivating, thank you for the workouts! They really help when I feel burned out on the same KB movements. I have seen my core strengthen by adding in core movements you have demonstrated, especially that side to side swing with a KB I think you called it the side burn or side burner?

    Just did this with my 20kg Kettlebell , much slower than you obviously . was a good solid workout with that weight !!! tomorrow ...yoga !!! hahahah recovery for sure . gonna tag you on instagram . did a timelapse :-). Thanks bro!
