WARMUP (do each move for 20 seconds; do 2 rounds)
Jumping Jacks
Inchworm to Pushup
Air Squat
CIRCUIT WORKOUT (do each move for 30 seconds. Do 2 rounds)
Goblet Squat
Pushup to Kettlebell tap
Alternating Gorilla Row
AMRAP FINISHER (do 10 reps of each move, resting as needed. Try to complete as many rounds as possible)
Kettlebell Swing
Plank KB Tap
Goblet Lateral Lunge

This is my go to workout. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve used this video. The combination of exercises is just right for me - when I’m at the point of giving up it changes. Matt guides us through perfectly without fake motivational tropes that you normally get. @MH get Matt back to do some more like this with more Kettlebell based workouts.

This is a very good starter lesson. It's good that is emphasizes keeping back straight. Many videos just assume you know the technique.

Tried this 10 minute workout, with a 35 pound kettlebell and oh man I am sweating like anything. Great pleasure for someone looking for a quick workout.
great point is when you are getting started, doing planks and things for core, spread you legs wide to offside the weight and balance like he is doing,

Tried this workout and was destroyed great workout.
On the goblet squat I can't keep my chest up. Even using a 15lb kettlebell. I lean over way too far.
Actually a decent workout. I think too many movements and could be broken up BUT not to bad .

a kettlebell should be heavy enough, otherwise, it feels a bit easy. The warm-up is nice
