When I first started working out with you a couple of years ago I could not do this workout. I couldn't finish any of the exercises or keep good form. But I continued on with all your standing and seated ab workouts on a regular daily basis. But today, 2 years later, I tried this one again and I was so surprised and happy that I got through all of them with little problem! I'm not very disciplined in this area of my life and exercise is absolutely a must for my better health. I have somehow managed to maintain a good weight my whole life but as a senior my middle section has increased. This exercise routine is my go to now to target this part of my body. Found this challenging as I have a weak core but it wasn't too hard compared to some core workouts which is why I love your channel. Challenging yet still doable excercises!! So about a year ago I was getting ready to go out dancing with friends . I put on a pair of jeans and my belly fat was hanging all over 😢. I decided not to cry but do something about it . Every morning I started doing your ab workouts . The results are amazing . I can now wear my jeans and tie up a shirt and show a little belly 😊. Next year I’ll be sixty . My goal is SIXTY, SEXY AND SINGLE . I will reach my goal thanks to you and these amazing workouts for us ladies over 50 🎉

I was just told I need to strengthen my core by my doctors as I am 5'8 and thin and look young, like late 30's, but I have a belly that looks like I am 7-8 months pregnant. I'm 59. People stop me on the street and pat my belly because they think I'm pregnant. After months of tests, we came to find out it's menopause and weak stomach muscles, so thank you for this beautiful exercise.
It was pretty challenging but I enjoyed it and I really appreciated the encouragement 🥹🥹 the last set sit ups was very very very difficult. I’m dedicating myself to everyday of this workout for a month 😊

I love your vibe, positivity, and encouragement throughout each video. It really helps! I also LOVE the countdown clock and the relative shortness of each exercise with the brief rest in between. That format, combined with your wonderful energy make them feel so much more do-able than so many other similar videos. I'm curious - how did you come to the exercise/workout part of your video collection - are you trained as a workout instructor, PT, trainer, or the like? I've been doing a 10 minute abs workout by another instructor for some time but hit a wall as far as progress. I decided to look for a video that targets women over 50 (I'm 53) with mid section issues. Holy moly, this workout really targets your abs, no joke. I look forward to seeing results soon.

And im 54 and in 3 year of menopause im 5'1 and weight 123 now was 130 but since working out have lost would like to get to 120 ,Had total hip replace 3 years ago weight 118 before surgery afte r it gain12 pounds its been rough trying to gett it off due to menopause. But with your workout im winning with the weight coming off !!! Yay
Hi Shellea, I walked your 5000 step video and then I did this video and it really was good!!! I love all of your videos:) This one was challenging yes, but a good challenge is what I need. I need to strengthen those stomach muscles. I pretty much kept up with you (a miracle:) but the last one, the full sit up, was really hard and I did half of those...so I'm going to keep doing these exercises and I know those muscles will develop with consistency. Thank you again for being the constant encourager! Finally think the final sit up is getting higher. 🎉🎉Been doing these 10 minute ab exercises since June 1st, now it's part of my morning routine. I am also doing 10,000 steps a day for charity. I have now lost 6lb in weight. Yay!
10 minutes of abdominal work is a good amount of ab work, especially after 30 min of cardio work. I've gotten good ab work workouts with you on other videos so have appreciated your ab workouts. However, the beginning of this ab workout uses the hip flexers a lot, so, for me with a long-term hip flexor overuse injury, this workout was not as comfortable to do as your other ab videos.But, thank you so much for all you do to support older women to exercise💪🙏🏻🥰

I started watching two of you ab workout videos last year. Thanks to you I can now fit into a jean skirt that I haven't worn for over a decade. I lost a lot of weight from 2022-2223 and wanted to focus on maintaining my weight loss and firming up my waistline. My goal was to fit into the skirt that I am wearing in my photo. I alternate my elliptical machine and treadmill daily and do your two ab videos daily. I love the music on the videos. Thanks for helping me reach my goal.

Hoo boy did I find some of these exercises tough! But this is my first time working my core. The first time I did your arm toning workout, I couldn’t do that all the way through either. But after a month of perseverance,, not only has the workout become easy, but I’ll soon be needing light dumbbells to feel the same burn! Thank you. I have a hard time with ab exercising due to a past neck break. This didn’t bother me a bit. It’s nice to use the floor and not the pilate machine which gets me a bit nauseous at times.

I would encourage you to follow Dr. Shawn Baker and look into the carnivore diet if you would like to get rid of your autoimmune issues.

I just found this 10 min AB workout (again) and ❤️ LOVED it a 2nd time! I found this challenging for sure! Just keep at it as you say, work up to the exercises. They are so beneficial to us!
Thank you for the new workout, I did find it challenging but I have a trapped nerve in my spine so took it gently, have not been able to do yoga since December due to my current condition so was good to do these exercises at my own pace. Have a great day Schellea. x

Thank you. I have a hard time with ab exercising due to a past neck break. This didn’t bother me a bit. It’s nice to use the floor and not the pilate machine which gets me a bit nauseous at times.

Thought I would start off gently but found this abb workout quite hard after a months break. But I realised how much I really enjoy it and missed doing it each morning. Love this new ab workout. It’s more challenging than some of your others so I’m determined to work on the more difficult ones since I have weak ab muscles due to surgery. I always work on core muscles with your workouts. You are the best thing that ever happened to women of all ages!!🧘♀️💃

Thanks so much for this! I had a herniated disc in my neck a few years ago. I had to have surgery, and my doctor told me it was time to give up the crunches. I was glad to find your standing abs after I healed.

I love your workouts! I'm 74 and can usually keep up but these are way to hard for beginners!
Wonderful I’ve been really working out but this group of exercises helped me see what I still need to do. I could only do one unassisted sit up. I love your exercises!
Wow !!, thank you for this loved it, as a lady through her menopause my middle area is so hard to get back to where it was ha ha,yes belly flab is the area I’m going to target the most. Loved the fact of there being no pressure on the neck,… however no chance of me doing the last exercise 🤣 loved this will definitely be doing this every day to get my stomach bikini ready 🥰🥰💐💐
