All I know how to do is Fry, even lows, and learning how to false chord feels totally impossible, I have no idea how you guys get that sound from false chord. I sound like a dying cat.

Just keep practicing, it’s taken me about two months and I’m getting pretty good at it. An issue you might be having based on what you said about sounding like a dying cat is you might be using constriction in your throat along with your false chords to create the sound. This will kill any false chord scream quickly, but there are videos luckily to show you how to help this (I’m pretty sure this creator made one)
