Thank you for your great effort but i suggest that you label such videos as not for beginners because a beginner can't stay in those intense postures the same length as you, not having this flexiblity yet, my problem was with the timing only, two difficult postures for a long time. Thank you

OMG, this was so much more intense than I thought. I had my tigh muscles burning. But it is so good to hold the poses the correct way. Even though it is a little hard (I am a seasoned yogi but no athlete and I don't go to the gym) you just feel how good the correct posture is. And yes of course, great for flexibility too. It's been so hard to find the perfect yoga video, I'm always having to look up at the screen and am not able to fully immerse myself. You're voice was very soothing with clear instruction, it made it so easy to fall into a wonderful trance. I feel extremely relaxed and at peace. Thank you

I just completed the Full Body Yoga Workout this morning and although it was a tough workout it felt so good. I started with the 20 minute workouts about 1 month into the COVID-19 pandemic that left me yearning for a good yoga workout and found Sarah Beth on You Tube. I quickly graduated to 30 minute workouts in the morning. What a way to start the day. I have enough energy to see me through a day of this pandemic with a much healthier attitude. Thanks Sarah Beth!
Great for ending a day where a heavy lower body workout took place. What, IMHO, distinguishes Sarah Beth from other similarly good yoga teachers, is the completeness and CLARITY of the instructions given throughout the exercise. Her’s are the only videos that I don’t need to actually look at while following. Having a soft pleasant relaxing voice doesn’t hurt either. All in all, rather enjoyable experience.
I have been feeling so stiff and tight - I got out of my yoga routine and I knew I needed to get back into it because I miss that energy and FLEXIBILITY! Certain poses proved a challenge to hold but I know I can work up to it again. (Thank you for making videos that enable beginners!)

This was perfect for our Saturday morning stretch session after a rigorous week! The poses were all doable without making us feel like pretzels and it allowed our sore muscles to feel targeted for deeper relaxation and recovery. Love these kinds!!!

Hi Sarah Beth, I have come to know you during lockdown and your workhouts have now become an essential part of my day. I have been doing yoga for 15 years but have only managed once a week. As you say 15 minutes a day is better than 1 hour a week and if I have anything to thank lockdown for, its having the time to do a bit more yoga. Thank you so much for your daily practice I just love it, great directions and a fantastic start to the day..

I am athletic and work out all the time but i have never done yoga. this video was amazing as a beginner and helped both my husband and I stretch and open up when sore from weight lifting and HIIT. I now want to do it every day!
Have been doing this class every morning for 10 days since hurting my lower back. Each day I see a little more improvement. I can sink a little lower and stretch a little deeper. Am amazing routine for sore and tight muscles. Many many thanks. Namaste :)
Excellent slow release for tight hips and legs after a hard effort or a lot of sitting. My legs are sore from running and cycling and this is a great active slow stretch for your whole body.

The description is for 'sore muscles' and then this video puts me through the ringer, it's hard and hurts and I'm thinking' dosnt sore muscles equall easy does it' but I breathe and stay focused and then somehow it melts all the sore away. I came out feeling all better..thank you Sarah Beth.
Felt good to stretch it out this morning! I was sore from previous workouts and this helped loosen me up. There were a few more intense stretches and I loved that we held them for a long time!
Having been only doing Yoga for the last 2 weeks and been searching for new videos all that time on a daily basic, this is one of the better routines for me. Very much enjoy Sarah Beths clean background that helps me focus and her tone and choice of words, timing and flow help greatly. Personally i would highly recommend this work out with Sarah Beth.
As a physical education teacher in quarantine, your videos have been a life saver. All of my students have little to no experience with yoga, and I haven't done it in over 10 years (I know, I know but I was younger and for got how awesome yoga is.) But the way you demonstrate and talk through each pose helps tremendously its turn my novice students into yoga masters. Thank you for making all these videos!

I have been doing this specific practice off-and-on for two weeks and for the past two days I have not woken up because of my plantar fasciitis. I've been doing a combination of stretches for it, but have found this video has alleviated the symptoms with its long, calming poses. Thank you, Sara Beth! It's no fun to wake up well-rested except in your feet!

I have not been moving my body as much recently due to the cold weather and have found my muscles have tightened up. This 30 minute session has already made me feel better and really loosened up my muscles!
This one was so intense for what I thought would be a gentle stretching routine. I didn't realise my body is this tight in spite of doing at least 30 mins of yoga/pilates every day. Wow! Loved it.

Yes, I thought it was me too. I practice Yoga every other day and I could not believe how tough this was but I feel less sore now!

Fabulous start to my day - thank you so much ... loved the quick start, the breathing reminders and the time on each pose to really focus on posture and breath.
I have not been moving my body as much recently due to the cold weather and have found my muscles have tightened up. This 30 minute session has already made me feel better and really loosened up my muscles!

This one was so intense for what I thought would be a gentle stretching routine. I didn't realise my body is this tight in spite of doing at least 30 mins of yoga/pilates every day. Wow! Loved it.
