I have now followed Sarah Beth's edict "your daily practice is your strongest practice" for two full months. I could not have done this practice when I first started - I feel so grateful that I can now do this practice without any problems...my core is strong, my legs are strong, my balance is great, and I am 73 years old...I am very grateful for yoga.

This practice almost made me cry, I was so emotional but in a good way. Like I was able to let go of all of it. I let go all of it on this mat. All I was looking to do today was some flexibility exercise but I got an awakening. I can't thank you enough for this video.

This is the best yoga practice I’ve experienced online. No nonsense. No references to breathing through the kidneys, etc. Just a clear description and a voice that is soothing without being overly dramatic. I even like the music which is not invasive, and I generally don’t like music. Bravo!!

I have chronic inflammation in my SI joints and lumbar vertebra... going to try to do this and others daily... always been too "proud" to do yoga but damn this felt good, God bless you
I used to do yoga all the time before my gym closed due to coronavirus, I tried doing yoga at home but I couldn't do anything with my 2 young children and my doggy constantly on top of me. So recently once kids are asleep I do this to unwind before going to bed and I must say this video is one of the most calming and relaxing videos I've done in yoga. This was my first time watching your video Sarah and I'm impressed with the content. I'll definitely be watching out for more especially more intermediate level stuff. Love the session! I’m a 43yo fat guy who needs change and this was an excellent start! The only thing I would ask done different is a slightly muted color on your background as it’s super bright! That said I understand as it makes it much easier to see the poses demonstrated! Thank you! Hopefully I will be commenting on some weight loss soon as 280lbs is waaay too much!!!

I've used so many different applications when it came to using yoga. I used to do it daily a couple of years ago and I let the habit slip. I finally am getting back to it because it really helps with certain pains I may have, stress, and any anxiety I may feel. This video is by far one of my favorites that I've come across! MENTAL CLARITY!

Love SBY! I just started doing this video after having so much back pain. Felt so good just after 2-3 weeks of doing this. Her voice, music, and the whole persona of the vid is calming. Im able to fully concentrate. She doesn't talk too much or over explain anything. Perfect!
Setting an intention at the onset of the session was so helpful for me. I focused on breathing and experiencing each movement in the moment rather than wishing time would go by quickly so that I could check off the box for completing yoga today. Thank you.

I've been doing this workout (amongst a few others) for about 9 months now 5-6 times a week. The chance I noticed in my body is absolutely amazing. This is a great routine that fits even in busy schedules.

I'm a 2 degree Brazilian jiujitsu black belt, ni kyu Judo brown belt and 5 degree Tae Kwon Do Black Belt actively training and teaching the three of them, much needed work out on a quarantine day to relax my body.
