- We love these cold and grab them for a quick breakfast or lunch! I often make up a batch on the weekend and then grab these while on the go!

Your story is so amazing, I just started Keto but I am your clone, same size same issues as a child, had a gastric bypass, gained the weight back, back problems, I have tried every diet out there with no success and I always blame it on the bypass issues. I just wanted to tell you that these are amazing warmed through!! I enjoyed them fresh made/a little warm and cold, but I had two left in my batch and I wasn’t in the mood to eat them cold. I put them in the oven, covered for about 20 minutes and they were very soft and AMAZING.

The reason for you watching this video starts pretty much at 4:22. Before that, you can learn to make scrambled eggs.

Breakfast is always a problem... trying to get away from scrambled eggs (boring) so this excites me and being single will cut the recipe in half and having some poblano pepper on hand and add to this recipe instead of scallions. Can't wait to try!!!

What you consider lightly scrambled is more than I would cook scrambled eggs. Nice recipe, I'll be trying this soon.

I make these every week. I forgot to put the bacon in the first time, so I just leave it out every time now. I am one of those weird people who have to add red pepper flakes, cholulua and pepper jack cheese 🧀.
I always just grab one out of the fridge cold and eat them. It's now a staple of my eating and I can't thank you enough for sharing your recipe.
Your additions sound ideal! I love having something in the fridge that I can just grab and go!

Tried these this morning but cut the recipe in half .... they were awesome. Think next time will use hot Jimmy Dean sausage to kick up the flavor a bit. Also used egg beaters because to me they are fluffier scrambled than actual eggs. You're right, they are good even cold. Thanks for taking breakfast to a more satisfying level!!

Thank you! I've been trying to come up with something easy for any time of the day that I can just grab and eat lol. I'm not much of a cook and this looks super easy and yummy. I don't care for meat, but I do love bacon. I wonder if I could make this with just bacon and no other type of meat? It should still work... I hope. Can't wait to try this! 😃
My favorite way to eat these is cold to room temp and stuffed in celery ribs! Yummy!
Also, another trick I use:
Use veggie cream cheese and it takes care of onions and seasonings.
