When I eat salad, I usually prefer my dressing on the side so I keep the lettuce and other toppings crispy. I dip my fork in the little container of dressing and then stab my salad for a good bite of crispy goodness with a hint of dressing.
Smashburger is my favorite. I usually get a double bacon with melted cheddar. Second favorite is keto pizza at blaze pizza.
I love the subway protein/no bready bowls with rotisserie chicken. It's my go-to low carb lunch.
I have little information on what to eat as far as fast food (keto) other than having a salad. So I'll be watching your other videos too.Thank you, Kristi! :)

I am a big fan on the in and out burger and habits burgers 🍔 here on the west coast
Jersey mikes sub in a tub blows subway out of the water! Just a heads upif you're ever near one! We also enjoy the unwich at Jimmy johns( coming from a girl who HATES iceberg lettuce) they wrap it in such a way its so good and I don't even mind it!
Jersey Mike's has better quality meat and cheese, but they have few veggies to choose from. Plus Subway at least has spinach in addition to iceberg lettuce.
@@karenn993 they do have less veggies, but the quality of lunch meat is a big deal to me... reuthfilly I despise iceberg, and somehow Jimmy John's and jersey Mike's are so elevated with the flavor of the other stuff I don't mind it! They don't have a million sauces either...mayo or oil and vinegar ...but they master their craft super well@
We don't have a smash burger. Looks interesting. I go to Culver's occasionally. They started here in Wisconsin. Butter burgers and custard are what they are known for.

Currently, In-N-Out Flying Dutchman Animal Style. Just meat, cheese, mustard, and grilled onions. Remember to ask for pickles on the side.
Also, they will wrap any burger in lettuce. I think that's called "protein style"...?!
Sub in a bowl was a great option. I also got the chicken, bacon ranch salad, it was pricey but awesome. Don't have smashburgers here, gotta make my own. I think I got it last year, we can't afford take out, so much cheaper at home.

I always get the steak and cheese bowl, love it, but will try the chicken bacon next time
Smashburger has made doing keto easy for me to get some fast food every once in a while. Their burgers are the best in general. I also get bunless patty melts with bacon at Whataburger. I avoid McDonalds, as much as I used to love their double-cheeseburgers, as I don't trust that it's 100% beef. With the previously mentioned two so close to home and better-tasting, have not had reason to go to Burger King, either.
