Due to Cov-19 I converted my garage to a home gym. My buddies from the gym, the place we no longer feel safe going to, meet at the "garage" 4 days a week! We have acquired so much equipment it is unreal. You are our instructor at least 2-3 days a week. We like to mix it up and follow your warm-ups, kettle-bell, free weights and body weight routines. I kinda serve as the lead and determine what body part and the routine of the day; TODAY we are doing THIS one...I can't wait to hear them moan and groan in pain.(LOLOL) I am 61 (the oldest in the group) and can keep up with you and your wife...We made a vow to never, ever stop working out! Nobody puts exercises together as creatively and effectively as this man. Shocking how many unique exercises this man has introduce probably all of us to that we'd never seen before.
Hey Funk, I am Serge, I am 50 years old and I am addicted to your workouts man. I just lost 11 lbs in 4 weeks with this 20 minutes workout as my starting point 5 nights a week and a proper diet. Of course I do some dumbbells, and lots of push ups. But this is my main workout for fat burning and warm up. I’m doing a 90 days/30 lbs loss challenge alone at home. This is so helpful man. Thank you very very much. I will post the full results after the 90 days evaluation. Thank you again!
I was stuck on the Killer 10 Min session for last several weeks at home (and THANK YOU for it!!!), but this one is just what I needed to get to the next level. I'm not very overweight for 50 at 5'10/184, but cardio has never been easy for me. The pacing of this one helped me a lot. Thanks, Funk!!
