I know this is designed for men over 40, and I'm only 27, but I tried this out for the first time yesterday and I'm hooked. I've been hanging around 260 pounds for the last year and have decided to take back my life through exercise. Doing this routine has made me sweat more than I ever have in the last year and gets my heart racing in such a good way. I can feel life being inhaled back into my body with each deep breath. I just finished my second day of this, and although I can only handle 2 rounds of it, I can tell it's going to be insanely beneficial for my body.
Decided to give this a try again since back in September (~120kg) I couldn't even get through the Pushups without dying (After a 5 minute warm up that is)....Today ( `105kg) though, I did the same 5 minute warm up and killed this set til the very end!!! I'm SUPER PROUD of myself and I'll be aiming to kill two sets of this workout by the end of March!!!

I started with just one set and in a week's time increased it to three. It's May end so nearly two months and I have lost around 10 kgs. My diet is more or less same. More importantly my belly is almost gone! Now I have just added another 4 minutes work out from same guy to focus on my abs! This workout regime is just too good! I've had my share of experimentation with numerous HIIT workouts and I can say, without a doubt that this one surely is the winner. It is designed in such a way that your heart rate increases in steps and not jumps at such a high amount right at the get go that you lose interest in doing this workout the next day or even keep up with it for a few weeks. This is the perfect workout for anyone who is trying to become more active and stay fit and healthy. Two thumbs up for this video!
My first attempt at this workout. I’m 6’3 and 105kg with probably 35-40% body fat (mostly stomach) and I found this workout really helpful. The first round was difficult but I didn’t start to really struggle until the second round (I didn’t go for a third) I still managed to do all the exercises, although I’m most proud of myself completing the 30 second plank on round two as i was screaming in pain the last 10 seconds. Thanks so much man, I’m going to do this daily for sure and work on extending it myself and doing more rounds, I’ve taken my ‘before’ photos so hopefully I’ll start seeing a difference in coming weeks/months!

I appreciate that this workout is focused around muscle groups and not just an all-out agility sprint just for the sake of it. It's also perfect as a daily post-weight lifting cardio routine and after a few weeks I'm already seeing way better fat loss/muscle cuts. Thanks, Funk!
Thanks, I did four sets of these exercises, each exercise was between 30-45 s. I suggest to add reverse lunges with the forward lunges as well. Great content mate!

Nothing but huge respect for this man. Helped me a lot. Definitely his programme works. For all the starters.... you should know this is more advanced workout. Don't get discouraged if you can't do it at the beginning. Just lower the seconds to 20 for exercise and give you a little more rest in between 40 sec. for example. But do not quit!!!

Funk Roberts is a nice size. He's muscular, but would still look good in regular clothes. So many male "Fitness Gurus" pump iron until they only can look good without a shirt on, but look like a gorilla when wearing a suit.
The best & most difficult part about him is that he keeps talking unlike just keeping the music on & working... It feels like he speaks to us and most of the time honestly, when he says... I start this workout Monday and do two rounds every day.. i was thinking: "Nice, 30 seconds for exercise and 30 seconds rest".. but its not that easy.. yesterday (Friday) i made 3 rounds and almost die.. 😂 but im very motivated to do more different workouts guided by you. 💪💪💪

This is how I started| Week 1- no change but doing Week 2 -1 inch loss Week 3- 39.5 inches to straight 35inch Week 4 - no change Week 5 - no change ( 3days done 4 left) My wieghing machine broke so I used a measurement tape

If your not a veg or a vegan , eat highly protein rich foods like beef, oily fish(mackerel, salmon ) chicken ( especially the brest piece) do not shut eating carbs because you need a bit of energy to exercise..... Hope this will be useful 😊
Let me tell you. I have done many 10 minute workouts. But I FELT this one the following day!!!!!!!!!!! I did this one twice making a total of 20 minutes and boy o boy it works!

I did two rounds of this after not exercising for a year and a 10 hour shift at work today and I feel great it was one of the easiest to follow yet intense workouts, I'm so glad I found your videos, thank you so much I feel like I can actually do these on a regular basis!

Funk Roberts is a nice size. He's muscular, but would still look good in regular clothes. So many male "Fitness Gurus" pump iron until they only can look good without a shirt on, but look like a gorilla when wearing a suit.

The best & most difficult part about him is that he keeps talking unlike just keeping the music on & working...

I start this workout Monday and do two rounds every day.. i was thinking: "Nice, 30 seconds for exercise and 30 seconds rest".. but its not that easy.. yesterday (Friday) i made 3 rounds and almost die.. 😂

Week 2 -1 inch loss
Week 3- 39.5 inches to straight 35inch
Week 4 - no change
Week 5 - no change ( 3days done 4 left)

Love this workout been using it with our school Rugby team; under 16. every single day for almost a month now because of its focus on key body areas. We started this right after the pandemic caused the schools to lockdown in March but our workout began a month later. The workout is brilliant helps to keep the guys in check with time we've grown from 3 days (one set) workouts to daily (3 sets now). Thank you for this

Just stop earing food that have flower sugar and fast foods and do this workout and in 1 month you will be very strong
If your not a veg or a vegan , eat highly protein rich foods like beef, oily fish(mackerel, salmon ) chicken ( especially the brest piece) do not shut eating carbs because you need a bit of energy to exercise..... Hope this will be useful 😊

Let me tell you. I have done many 10 minute workouts. But I FELT this one the following day!!!!!!!!!!! I did this one twice making a total of 20 minutes and boy o boy it works!
