I do muay thai and I'm decently skillful. I only show up to sparring on Fridays since I work 14 hour shifts at work and an hour commute each way. Soon as I get home I hit this gem and show up to gym on Friday with my conditioning still there.
I just started kickboxing which is similar to muay thai i think muay thai is better since it also uses elbows and knees but i hope this workout will help me be more in shape for it
