Last March I was 241 pounds when I came across this video, I was at a point in my life where I wanted change and was determined to get it. My schedule consisted of doing this exercise 4 days a week and doing a 15min abs exercise on FitnessBlender's channel 3 times a week. With the addition of calorie counting and eating healthier (still rewarded myself with snacks every so often) I was able to lose 72 pounds in little over 3 months. After my huge weight loss I stopped using these videos because of the many outdoor activities I was doing in the summer as exercise (camp consoler). Now that it has been cold outside for the last few months I have decided to come back to my FitnessBlender workouts to help me on my journey to a healthier me.
Absolutely love the guy doing voiceover, it was motivating, encouraging, and his constant tips and advice and asking us to push through each set was so helpful that I managed to complete the entire thing much easier mentally. Hope fitness blender videos have more of him doing that! :)
FitnessBlender I agree with Rachel here. Daniel's voiceover (and the no-music-concept) is the reason FitnessBlender is the preferred workout channel in UA-cam. My family loves FitnessBlender workouts too because of the motivating narration which describes each move in so much detail -- how far we should go, how tight we should hold the muscles, reminding us to breathe etc.I also like the narration because there is no panting in it as compared to the person on screen speaking as the actions are performed. I wish there are more videos like this where Kelli focuses on the physical part and Daniel gives us the mental strength and help us check our posture as we go. Unfortunately, the new videos have deviated from this core upperhand that FitnessBlender used to have against the other UA-camrs.
FitnessBlender I am so greatful for your videos words cannot explain! I feel I am in no position to give tips as your workout are a blessing. but I have to say that Daniels voice over are my preferred workouts....I love his consistent leveled encourages and tips. but I guess the main point is that it's great when the narrator is behind the scenes. ....There is no panting...breaks and such as this subconsciously "stresses" me out when I work out. ah..action way. ..you both have amazing attitude, skills and pure talent to motivate other to be better selves! Thank you
i like when Kellie does it alone also, though. She makes it feel like you're working out with a girlfriend and not just following along. (:. Keep up the good work everyone!!!

By working out 4 to 5 times a week with these videos and changing my eating habits, I've lost 30% of my initial weight in 10 months. This whole channel is great; lots of work outs with different intensities and a good variety of exercices, Kelly and Daniel are very encouraging coaches, and it feels nice to see them doing the same exercices as we do - especially when they complain about their muscles hurting! It feels more human, somehow. Keep up the good work, Fitness blender!

I have been work-outing for a week now and no results. I ate two days very healthy... I’ve just been doing the slimming legs pilates , I guess it isn’t enough. I beg you to guide me towards the efficient workouts.
Damn near 300 lbs and I'm 5'9 BUT I made it to 9.22 going to do this twice a day once in the morning and at night for the next month or two maybe and hopefully I see some results in the next weeks just with small goals to last until 20 mins long along with eating cleaner. Wish me luck. If your bigger DO NOT let this discourage you!!!!

If you go to this page --> www.fitnessblender.com/videos You can search all of our 500+ free workout videos by length, difficulty, training type, muscle focus, etc, etc. I also encourage you to consider strength training as it's an amazing way to burn fat and build lean muscle (which will also help you burn fat). We also have free 5 Day Challenges (find our latest one @ ua-cam.com/video/Cn8Elmw16ZU/v-deo.html) which are challenging but provide low impact options throughout and show a good way to layout a weekly plan. We also have inexpensive workout programs that last 1-2 months but be sure to check out all the free stuff first! I have worked out 5-6 days a week for the past 3 and a half YEARS, and I have felt so stagnant lately!!! After starting these videos and combining running about 4 weeks ago I have finally started to see a difference in my body! I will preach these to anyone trying to change up their routine :)
Today was the first step to a brighter and healthier future, I am near 200 lbs. This is the heaviest I've ever been and today I completed my first workout in months. Everyday and every workout is a challenge but I am inspired by everyone's comments. With persistence and patience followed with healthy eating I'll be able to look back on this comment and smile at how far I've come. I love these guys. I was looking for a work out video and I didn't want some dude yelling at me while sweaty babes work out behind him. These guy are serious fitness experts and they seemed more concerned with getting you through a challenging work out than showing off weird work out outfits, excess ego, and weird dance music.

At the blink of an eye, I swear it was only 1 second then it's right back in to the next cardio.

I love how you can put on your own music with these videos as opposed to the other ones where they play music that I don't like
Thought this workout would help me combat my Monday blues and it has! My body was screaming by the those bicycle crunches. I was so glad to hear it was the last exercise when I got to those plank kicks I ended up cheating a little bit! I'm absolutely drenched in sweat but feel soooo good! Thank you fitness blender for getting my Monday off to a good start x

I haven't done H.I.I.T in so long and I'm actually shocked I made it through this workout! Perfect level of intensity! I'm sweating like crazy!
Thank you SO much for your videos! I am obsessed. As a stay at home mom of two young boys, it's almost impossible to make it to the gym regularly. I am able to do a different workout everyday at home. There really is no excuse not to workout lol. You both are great and definitely the best on UA-cam (in my opinion.) Thank youuu! :)

this was by the far the greatest 30 min workout! I love the fact that it shows how many calories you burn. I watch your videos EVERYDAY while at work..lol. My co workers tease me that watching videos isn't helping me stay fit..lol. But I watch your videos to get a hang of the moves before i go into it. You guys are great!! Thanks for helping a Mom of 3 great back into shape (all of 8 years later :( ). Lots of Aloha from Maui!! *me

Been doing this every day for a week and I'm feeling good! Probably should have weighed myself beforehand to see the progress but I can definitely feel it. Finding it a lot easier to complete the workout now
Hi Helen rather measure yourself, muscle weighs more than fat. Your clothes will also indicate whether you are loosing fat. All the best with your workouts
good tip and yeah the best indicator is definitely clothes, my vest tops are a lot looser on me now, thanks :)

some of those excersises are real killers, but it's totally worth it! I'm going to do this every other day until I feel I'm ready for the 1000 calorie videos.

This was a tough workout. I loved it! I plan on getting your two month workout that is set to come out soon. I'm in it to see how else my body can change....I just need more help and discipline with my diet. Thank you for all that you do!

I love these guys. I was looking for a work out video and I didn't want some dude yelling at me while sweaty babes work out behind him. These guy are serious fitness experts and they seemed more concerned with getting you through a challenging work out than showing off weird work out outfits, excess ego, and weird dance music.

Doing this in winter still makes you sweat like a pig. My cheeks literally feel like they are on fire and my quads are harder than rock hahaha LOVE THIS WORKOUT!
