You guys spoke up & we listened: New Workout Program for People Who get Bored Easily (#FBboredeasily) goes live next month! In the meantime, check out our newest 4 week program FBSWEAT @ goo.gl/tt7kQO
Love the Bored Easily videos. Remember, some of us can't jump and some of us can't put weight directly on the knees. I can't do a reverse plank at all. I substitute with ones I can do. This one with 20 seconds on went by SO fast. And I'm half dead...shower time!
Kelli: Here are some low impact modifications vs Daniel: If you want to make it harder add a push up when you're at the bottom of the bur-pee haha Loved the work. Thanks
One of the best yet! I'm loving the "for people who get bored easy" series! And LOVE having the warmup and cool down every video! The 34 minutes flew by! Thank you
I just watched Kellis Before and After story and I'm so proud of you for sharing your story. I started watching your videos only two weeks ago as I got bored of gym and want to learn more about fitness and exercising and now I have so much more trust in your videos. I too had an eating disorder when I was teenager for about 2-3 years, I still can't even remember who I was back then.. I was constantly obsessed with my weight and hurting my body in ways I would hope no one would do to themselves. My whole life revolved about weight loss and I lost a lot! But what for? I have or could get anything I wanted in life but I was so depressed and hated myself more than imaginable, I couldn't understand why my weight was the most important thing in the world. Now fast forward to now and yes I'm not the same size I was five years ago but I'm so much more happier and exercise at least four to five days a week and treat myself on weekends. I realised that when I was a size eight was because I was anxious and depressed. I still have obsessive thoughts when I'm having a bad day but I remember that when I was smaller I wasn't any happier so just keep exercising and health is MOST important over numbers!!
Last day of FB Abs 2 - Oh boy, this was hard! I couldn't do some of the craziest stuff (I have a feeling the lizard hops will haunt me tonight), BUT I wasn't able to do jumping lunges without modifications at the beginning of the program, and today I did them without even realizing what I was doing! This was my second try at this program, I did 3 weeks in June but then had to stop because of a surgery. And now I can finally say - This program is complete!
1.22.17 Workout complete! This was definitely hard but I did it! Love these type of workouts :) been doing your exercises for almost a year now and it had made me become a better and healthier person! Thank you, FB! ♥
I love your workout program for people who get bored easily. I have been talking to all of my friends about your videos. I love the fact that they are athletic, there is a lot of variety and that you do not talk to much. I don't even have the need to listen to music anymore. I can't thank you enough.
Just finished this workout! It was so much fun and passed by so fast! I really prefer the quick transitions and that no exercise appears twice here. Really exciting and fun and the difficulty was really good too. Thanks for making this video, I had fun with it!
Like the 20 on/10 off routine with no repeats; it goes by super fast, and it's fun. I usually lose the cardio I've built up whenever I'm on the floor, but with this routine, I held onto cardio a bit more. Well done on that! It's just that I'm trying to maintain at least 20 straight minutes of uninterrupted elevated heart rate. I've found that maintains my weight & health. Plus, I get unfocused on the floor in the middle of my cardio routine and can pull a little muscle. That's on me, haha! Thanks FB, I love you!
4 Week Workout Program for People Who get Bored Easily is now available! @ goo.gl/HDxEQC Here's what you need to know: - Blend of HIIT, strength, Pilates & stretching - Great for burning fat, building lean muscle, toning up - Highly dynamic workouts that have no repeat exercises - Do a different workout video literally every single day for 4 weeks - All you need is dumbbells - Workouts are 25-50 minutes, averaging 35 minutes - 5 days a week + optional 6th day of stretching - $9.99 for a 4 week program - Use & reuse as many times as you like, at any pace you like
This is my favorite kind of routine: new exercises with no repeats. Time goes so much faster! It’s helpful too when the preview of the next exercise goes long enough that we have time to see it if the last exercise had us on the floor and looking away from the screen. One of your other videos had lots of looking away and I didn’t see the preview which put me behind. Thanks for doing these! FitnessBlender is my favorite way to workout!
I'm loving all the new workouts in the 'bored easily' series. They've been really making me look forward to working out even in this dreary weather.Thank you K and D!
Lol I just finished one of your workouts and I said to myself "I'll watch a YT video as my reward." I go into my sub box and THIS WAS NOT WHAT I MEANT. hahaha
This was a doozy. I did the reverse plank leg raise with straight arms- that seemed to help a bit. I wanted to hug Daniel when he said “time for cool down and stretch.” I tell all my friends about Fitness Blender. Thanks for all you do to help people stay fit at home!
Glad you include the warm up and cool down; all in one place makes it easier to stay with the work out. A 45:15 version or twice through would be great ; so many good moves that could really push the good burn :)
This is my go-to video when I want to do a workout but have low motivation or can’t decide which exercises to do. The bored easily format makes time fly by.
Love working out with FitnessBlender videos! No annoying club music in the background and you two aren't overly excited to be there, smiling and bouncing around. I appreciate your message of pushing your body, but listening to it at the same time. Have you ever thought of doing an app with a wake up call or alarm users can download to motivate us to get up and work out?
Thanks so much, Daniel! My husband and I really enjoyed doing this together. I like these non-repeating style videos because knowing that I don't have another chance to do a particular exercise, I feel like I put more effort into each one.
Thank you so much for all of your cardio workouts! It’s so hard to find something good for more or less advanced levels. Yours workouts are perfect for me!
Loooooooved the structure of this one! It went by SO fast and I felt that I was really able to push myself super hard since the active intervals were only 20 seconds. Two thumbs up!
So glad my wife and I found this channel! No more Jillian yelling at us and us paying for it! We run Spartan races and keeping our workouts varied has been a chore. This channel is a perfect solution. Also we have a cat named Loki so......you guys are obviously cool.
I really love how you deliver your workouts. The videos are simple yet very helpful and easy to follow. I really appreciate what you are doing because you definitely changed the way I view fitness, I am now more encouraged to work out and I actually enjoy it rather than feeling like it's an obligation. I'm also glad I found about HIIT esp. being a busy person I am, it's time efficient and you get amazing body results!! Again, thank you very much. Keep up with the amazing work.
This is one of my all time favorite fitness blender videos. The way Daniel explains the way your body should be positioned for each stretch is so articulate. Awesome work you guys and thank you for everything you have posted!
I think this is my favorite workout that focuses on core. I mainly like those core workouts, that combine cardio and core intervals, but this is the best I have done in past few months.
Loved it. "For People Who Get Bored Easily" series are the best because you're done with the workout before you know it. :) I'd love to see the difficulty level 5 versions more.
Thanks so much for these workouts. They have been maintaining my mental and physical wellbeing through this crazy time! i bore very easily these days so the HIIT cardio and abs workout has been perfect but we often try out your other workouts for fun.
Love the instruction in this video. Proof that you can have been working out forever and on technic and still tweet it to perfection!! Thank you. Y'all are amazing!
First time ever trying FB, I really enjoyed this workout. Usually following a different fitness plan for a while now, but I really needed something different. I will check out more videos. Tnx!
Another great workout loved it. I have really limited the number of times I pause a video as I gain strength. Thank you guys. love all your workouts and advice.
Love this workout . Brilliant sweat. . Love the way no repeat exercise , it made the workout go by very quickly. You guys rock thank you for your workouts
This was an awesome workout! Sometimes when the workout is too repetitive my mind wants to relax a bit which trickles down to my body. Doing this had me thinking ahead so my mind and muscles were constantly engaged. Also, I appreciate the thorough coaching to remind me of my form. Thanks for the sweat!!
I completely love this format... I feel well enough acquainted with the workouts (I mean I do one every day for about the last eight months) to modify the HiiT moves to spare my bad knee undo stress or strain. I feel so totally worked out and complete at the end. A true favorite from now on! One thing I would mention - I have problems with the search feature on the web site. I mean I can copy the complete title of the workout I see on You Tube and search and get no results that match. Is it me? Am I doing something wrong?
I've been working out with FitnessBlender for over 5 years now but the "Bored Easily" series are the best! Not a single repetition so you stay concentrated at all times. Please make one that's about the same length (30 to 40 min) but with difficulty 5!!
I love the workouts! My only suggestion is that the title tells how long the workout is- not counting the warmup and cool down that way we can know how much cardio we are getting that day. thank you :)
Daniel! you mad man... I'd been focusing more on strength training and neglecting the cardio HIIT workouts... I didnt want to lose the muscles I was gaining. How wrong was I.. Coming back to HIIT after a month.. I can see how important it is to overall fitness.. I got tired so easily..while earlier I was doing hour long HIIT workouts... Note to self: At least one ass busting HIIT workout in a week...
what i liked a lot about this workout was the fast paced moves from one to the next. While concentrating on certain areas, going from up and down and no stops in between is our cardio too. :)
Just completed! Love that no moves are repeated. Would have loved to do the core work for more than 20 sec though. Hardly had a chance to start feeling any burn before it was over.
"For people who get bored easily" is easily my favourite series of yours, and this one was relentless!
@@HIITtheGROUND Haha, of course. Still mostly with barbells, but I did do a quick Fitness Blender video earlier today, as it happens 😄

YESSSS! I would repeat that program indefinitely haha. Thank you guys!
FitnessBlender those lunge-starjumps are an injury waiting to happen!
I just want you to know, you're the only channel I fully watch the ads without skipping
HAHAHAH for Longer pause
Strategically placed:P
Same😭
We hope you enjoy this new workout! Question: What is your “happy place” during a HIIT workout?
I imagine the beep beep beep of the timer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
seeing my self in a great body in my favorit dress and looking so beautiful 😍😍
Just turn off all the thoughts about pain and focus on form and getting the most out of yourself till the timer goes "beep"
Imagine myself as an athlete preparing for the olympics
I can see my muscles and skin vibrate with sweat and energy...in slow motion.
Kelli: Here are some low impact modifications
vs
Daniel: If you want to make it harder add a push up when you're at the bottom of the bur-pee
haha Loved the work. Thanks
Ha ha! I thought the same thing!
tag urself. I'm Daniel
Audrey Smith Haha! right, but love both of them.
Audrey Smith Hahaha SO true!!
Me too!!
I LOVE these no repeat formats. Love love love.
One of the best yet! I'm loving the "for people who get bored easy" series! And LOVE having the warmup and cool down every video! The 34 minutes flew by! Thank you
Love these workouts that don't repeat! I get bored easily and knowing that I have to do it once , I tend to give it my all ..Thank you !
The series for People who get Bored Easily is the best yet! Love the 20 second exercises. Keeps me focused. Keep them coming!

ADayintheLifeofDes yeah i gave up and just did the plank although i struggled with that too lol

Probably one of my favorites so far, and I really like your workouts! I had never done a reverse plank!

Just finished this workout! I kind of failed at those reverse plank leg lifts but I survived!
Karen McCullough hahhaha me too, i just laid on the floor like a whale 😂
Fadi Bou Yes that's a good description!
Not just me? I did a reverse plank instead then when Daniel said "next exercise, just hold a reverse plank!" I cried a little inside.
Glad you include the warm up and cool down; all in one place makes it easier to stay with the work out. A 45:15 version or twice through would be great ; so many good moves that could really push the good burn :)

Is it me? Am I doing something wrong?

this was great! loved the no repeats! it made it so much easier to give a 100%
Just completed! Love that no moves are repeated. Would have loved to do the core work for more than 20 sec though. Hardly had a chance to start feeling any burn before it was over.
