First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
four months later and this is still one of my favorite workouts. I do this twice a week for strength, and then do a 45-min cardio video 3 times a week. I definitely have noticed my body is toning and I have definitely gotten stronger.

@@whatisthis1958 lol you're not dumb...I guess they just put there heart rate on here as a reference to how hard they were working? Heart rate has more of a correlation to your cardiovascular health than to how many calories you actually burned.
IM SO IN LOVE WITH THESE 30 MINUTES WORKOUT OMG IT HELPS ME A LOTT. im an extremely introverted person and im obviously overweight, so going to the gym really intimidates me and i just cantt. i sign up once before but i ended up only going to zumba classes, because even though what i really wanna do is weight training, the section where all the weights are stored is filled with guys and i just cant go near there even. so i just quit and planning on doing it from home and your video is so far my favorite go to. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND THANK YOU.
I know you wrote this a year ago, but maybe you should look into joining an all women’s gym so that you don’t feel as intimidated? Hope your fitness journey is going well!
let me just say....WOW !!! for the longest time ive been trying to find a workout that kicks butt, torches calories, and makes me burn. and this does just that. i torch just about 500 calories from this alone (sometimes more with advanced), and feel great afterwards. ive been doing this for a little over a week now and just within my first week lost 7lbs ! must try xx
I am so happy I came across this workout. As some one who has given up so many times before even starting, this workout never made me feel like it was something I could not do. The constant positive comments, the calming chatter, and the no-judgement modifications(that the main instructor even did sometimes) made me feel welcomed and like part of a team! Thank you for this resource and for a new part of my weekly routine!
I love workouts that have warm up and cool downs. I workout first thing in the morning and I always appreciate warming up my muscles before getting into it. This is one of my favorite workouts, it makes me sweat and it's enjoyable. Thanks Danielle!

I love how many options and modifications she gives--I feel like I could keep doing this same workout and continue to challenge myself with more reps, more power, or heavier weights!
There is a lot of talking but if you do the moves right and keep your muscles engaged, this workout is a killer!! No other workout makes me this sore. Love it!! I keep coming back for more.
Fantastic workout! I'm a beginner and it was a big help having modifications. According to my Fitbit, I burned 600 calories while doing this! I'm definitely going to try another workout tomorrow! Thank you Popsugar Fitness!

I love having a cardio workout with weights because I generally don't like cardio but I love strength training, so this was the perfect way to get some strength in their while still seriously challenging my heart rate!! PSA don't drink too much water/eat before this workout. Made that mistake and thought I was gonna be sick from all the jumping! That being said CRAZY leg workout I don't think any Pop Sugar vid has torn my legs apart like this!

Each time I do this--I am amazed at how truly EFFECTIVE this "seemingly slow" Cardio is! I do it twice for a full workout and every time I am sweating more than if I would a 30 minute High Intense Cardio.... it is the most amazing thing!
Thank you for the jumping jack modification. I have had four kids and my pelvic floor is not strong enough (yet) for jumping jacks. I feel like that is a legitimate problem a lot of women face. Especially heavy weight like moi!
This work out is great! It felt to me like a good athlete’s work out and I loved the mix of speed/agility w/ the weight combos. Trainer also is very encouraging. Can she please come back?!?!!
I did this workout in combination with the “35-Minute Nike HIIT workout” from Popsugar and burned 570kcals, absolutely loved the combo, very challenging (especially on the legs) but super worth it. For reference: I’m 162cm x 57kg (23y/o) and my heart rate during the two workouts averaged at 134bpm

Did this workout twice and I really love it!! I sweated a lot but I didn't feel absolutely wrecked at the end, which was great! I also did some quick feet in between the changes from one exercise to the next to add a little bit of extra cardio :) Way to go girls!!! Love Popsugar Fitness!! :)

Thanks for this. I have dyspraxia so finding workouts that work for me is really difficult. It has brought me to tears before because I just can't quite manage the exercises, which ends up making me feel like a failure. I just want to be able to keep fit, so finding this makes me really happy. Not only are there a ton of variation options here but I didn't feel bad when I wasn't able to do something. I did struggle a bit and didn't push as much as I could have because I have to take these a lot slower than most, but it got my heart beating which is all I need. I also didn't injure myself like I normally end up doing, aside from hurting my knee a bit cos of my bad form. Thanks!

Trying to challenge myself more with my workouts! This one was perfect. Last month I gave up drinking soda and was a size 13 14 and went down to a size 8 9 looking by the end of this summer to get to a 5 6.
Loved this workout! But be really careful with the first excercise from circuit 2 (starting from 9:55). As I was doing this workout for the second time I injured my back during the excercise with dumbbells so badly! I had a really awful pain in my back and later in my chest that didn't do away for the whole week:(
Range for kcal burned based on comments is 112 to 600. Some think it tough (I'm about to turn 52, so I hear you), some too slow, too many breaks (I use the forward arrow if I'm lucky enough not to need pause). Some love the talking, others hate it. Darwin would love this illustration of intraspecific variation!

Just finished this workout *serious sweat* its not a crazy workout...but it pushes u just when u think *omg* it takes u right back. Great balance of intensity . Loved it.

This workout kicked my butt! It was challenging and made me have to work on my balance and coordination. LOVED IT!
