@@shaelynowens8591 Good for you! By going slow and steady, I got to my set point and I've stayed there for 15 years without needing to ever diet. Just eat plenty of nutritious foods, enjoy the treats, and keep moving, whatever is enjoyable to you. Well done! I wish you good health.
Is it just me or does anyone else get happy when they see that the HIIT portion is only 3x of each exercise instead of 4x? Lol. HIIT is clearly not my favorite way to workout and somehow one less "rep" of each exercise motivates me to actually do this workout lol

I love that you include a warmp up and cool down and I love that you speak to the importance of drinking water and EATING. So many people think eating less is healthy but it's not. I've never enjoyed working out until i found your channel. I love it's realness and it's motivation and it's easy to follow methods and it's inclusiveness. Also, being someone who struggles a lot with mental health and uses working out as punishment for my body "not being good enough" in my eyes, i really value how you speak throughout your videos. How you mention it's not okay to starve yourself and back it up with facts, how you encourage doing what you can not feeling like you have to be more, how you say its okay if you're tired you can do low impact or take a longer water break, how you inspire to eat and drink water etc. It really helps with someone fragile with my body image like me. So thank you, i have a lot more enjoyment in my workouts and faith in myself to take care of myself mentally and physically. Much love xx
Just did this workout and have to say that when I started in June 2016 I couldn't jog or kneel or anything like that and also even had issues just walking quickly because of lack of exercise, bad knees/arthritis in knees and back injury. I just did 180 jump squats and all the exercises here with minor twinges and I am SO HAPPY! Thank you guys sooooooo much from the bottom of my heart.

Hey Kelly. I'm currently doing the 30 day trial. I'm about to get up now and do it! Next I will be doing the booty and upper body. I plan on losing 10 pounds this month. I'm also following a plant based diet. lots of beans, fish, and sometimes eggs. I'll let you guys know how it goes. I've bought so many programs from you guys and I'm finally ready to change. I canceled all my gym memberships. So I will be doing only fitness blender. Giving myself at least 3 months to see results.

this was such a humbling experience for me hahaha I started the year with two months straight of doing FB Burn, had a bad fall on a bus and badly bruised my ribs, which meant I haven't had any sort of activity other than walking and very light yoga, so I did this today and had to take every single low impact modification, move extra slow, and stretch for longer so my ribs wouldn't hurt as much. Who knew even working slowly and carefully would kick my butt!! Anyway, I'm excited to do this routine again tomorrow to start building my endurance again. Thank you, Kelli.

I just finished the Fast Metabolism 28 day diet and I feel amazing. not only did i lose 8 pounds smartly, I feel inwardly fit, healthy, strong and renewed. the eating was right up FB alley :-) It was so easy to do the phase specific exercises with Kelli and Daniel because they have so many fabulous workouts. I have been working out with Kelli and Daniel for just about 4 years now. I was stuck and now I'm renewed and excited to move forward with smart eating habits and a better idea of how much I should be eating. diet = Did I Eat Today! love you FB family!

Second time through this workout. My quads and glutes were mighty sore from a rough HIIT routine two days ago, which made it extra challenging. Great format; I prefer alternating HIIT rounds with a different group, like strength training/abs/kickboxing.
I've been doing the Beginner HIIT routine and I wanted to step it up a notch when I found this one. I loved it! It got me really tired and made me sweat like crazy but left me feeling awesome. And the fact that there are no repetitions makes it much more fun IMO ;) Thanks FB!

Phew, workout complete! I switched the squat jacks for high knees because my knees were feeling a bit sore after all of the jump squats, but otherwise I loved this routine! I probably could've added a burnout cardio round onto the end, but I'll just remember that for next time ;) Thanks K & D!!
