6 months ago I would have never even attempted this workout because of feeling embarrassed about not being able to do the workouts perfectly. Victoria Tezangi I always get back to this one, it’s like my body goes like “I recognise this one & I like it” cos I’m generally rubbish at copying NEW moves to the extent that it doesn’t look or feel right, it takes me ages for my muscles to get it right so I skip or rewind a LOT of stuff as it annoys the hell out of me when I have to try around and finish videos half way through when I just can’t get the moves right. After all, I just wanna get on with it and it’s so frustrating when u feel left behind. This one I love though it’s just at my level and I can ACTUALLY complete it without pausing or rewinding every 2 seconds.

I'd love another routine like this! Core work is my least favorite (would rather do strength training any day!), but this routine is so dynamic! I love how I'm not just laying on my back doing "abs" for 30 minutes. The quick tastes of cardio are awesome, I feel so energized, and yet thoroughly worked haha. Love this routine!

Just finished this one! I loved it! Please create more videos like this, with back stretches; arms, chest and shoulders; and, please, something to strengthen the ankle complex and the wrist complex. With all the weight lifting that I am doing with you, I am noticing that those are slowly becoming my weakest points, and without strength in those places I will never be able to do "the wheel" which is my goal for this year. When I try it, I fail miserably, but not because lack of strength in my arms, but because of extreme weakness in my wrist and ankles. Please create a video to strengthen those. Thank you. My abs were burning so much that I’m sure tomorrow I won’t be able to roll outta bed 😂 I did a 25 minute cardio workout after this and omg am I dead. I just did this and it was great. I needed to rest my legs today so this was perfect. It really did fly by, and even though it was easier than most of the other work outs it somehow seemed to make me sweat more which is good. One part I found tough was the jumping lunges put Kelli pulled me through. She is such a great trainer and I actually look forward every day to doing these exercises and enjoy them (sort of). She is sweet and beautiful and motivational and knowledgeable. Big thumbs up from me.
