Words can't explain how I feel right now. Almond 3 years ago I was 15 and weighed 105 kilos. Today I am 18 and weigh 84 Kilos. I still have a long way to go but I'm so thankful to Fitnessblender for being the force behind my fat loss and muscle gain. I can't believe that today I'm at a point where this workout was so easy that I added a 10 min upper body workout to it. I feel amazing

I've been pretty consistent with working out to FB videos, especially the HIIT cardio workouts for about two months now. But as a person battling depression, it's very difficult for me to find the motivation to workout, even though I know it will make me feel better. I attempted to workout to this video and gradually gave up towards the 25 minute mark. I continued to watch Kelli push herself beyond her limits as I laid on the floor, trying to think of reasons to continue working out with her. Towards the end of the video when we reached the cool down part, I felt so unhappy with myself. At that moment I decided to redo the entire workout, but this time from beginning to end. And it was SO. WORTH. IT. WOW! Words cannot describe how amazing I feel, but I know I had to come here and talk about it because I know so many of you may have done/felt the same thing.
All I can say is, you are in charge of your own happiness. YOU are in charge of your well-being--your healthy mental and physical state. Even when you feel like giving up you have to push yourself beyond your limits because no one will do it for you. And trust me, you will be much happier for it and you will feel exactly like 38:05.

I know you guys will probably never read this but I seriously cannot thank you enough. I'm 15 and last year I went through a 40 pound weight loss. I struggled so much with my confidence and body image. Then I discovered you and my life changed. Now I'm a healthy weight, I'm toned, and I'm happy with my body. You guys taught me to push my limits and really fight for my body. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you. If you didn't have your free workouts, I would still be 75 kg and miserable. Thank you a million times.

I honestly really needed the talk at the end about how your endurance varies day to day. These last few months I really wanted to boost my athletic abilities and improve cardiovascular fitness so I pushed everyday a cardio routine and got in really great shape so that these workouts wouldn’t be a struggle cardiovascular wise (I definitely still feel my muscles talking to me though lol). Today I did this workout and it was significantly harder than when I did it last week. It really discouraged because I thought I lost my progress when really, I was probably just tired from my late workout the night before and a bad nights rest. Keep pushing and don’t get discouraged ❤️❤️❤️

I've been using FB for over a year now and you guys are amazing. I don't have a gym membership and the most equipment I've ever used in the past year and a half is Dumbbells. I have never been more comfortable in my own skin as I have since finding you guys. I never knew my muscles were so pretty! Kelli, I love you for sharing your "before and after" story. You are an amazing, real woman and before I saw your journey I assumed you were always this fit, confident person that we are witnessing today. Sharing your story helped a lot of us realize that you went through the same struggle a lot of us are/were going through and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I wish that there was a way for me to post my before and "during" photos on here to show everyone that you really don't need all the glitz and glamour at these fancy gyms and you don't need diet pills. You two have changed my life!

In short: Thanks for making me love myself.
Wow, I need this, I really do! I started the cardio truly hating it and myself as always, feeling bad cause I'm not an intergalactic supersoldier or whatever, I suck. Anyway, your video was my last shot. I finished it, drenched in sweat, loving it, myself and you through it all. And also, no. I don't suck! I feel and I am, awesome! There's really so much more to it than that, however I know that you've been through it too so I don't need to explain my story to you.
I loved this workout, it was tough but felt awesome and you're an excellent coach/ personal trainer. I will utilize your content for future cardio workouts and hopefully be able to actually love myself as well! Again, thank you so much for everything Kelly!

Thank you Kelly for your words. It really encouraged me alot.
"Your flexibility and your endurance, all these things varies from day to day so you should never go charging into a workout kind of expecting something of yourself because sometimes you'll be stronger than you expect and other times you're gonna be weaker than you expect so its important to just keep those communication lines with yourself open i guess if that makes sense and do not judge yourself either you know. This is where I am at today and that's OK, I showed up and that's all that counts, so just never get down on yourself because it's just so easy to do you know"

I started this workout feeling very motivated. But halfway through the warm up I thought to myself this ain't gonna be as easy peasy as I thought. I was right, I couldn't make it past the 17:57 mark as I started feeling dizzy. I felt very disappointed as I couldn't complete the workout. I thought of just closing the video without doing the cool down because I felt I didn't deserve it. But for some reason I did jump to the cool down and I'm so glad that I did. Kelli's words made me realise that I should be proud of myself for showing up and sweating it out. This is just where my body is at today and I accept it and thank it and reward it with a cool down. Thank you so much Kelli for being the best trainer and friend ever ❤️

I usually don't leave comments but I've been following Fitness Blender for years now. This week I'd been feeling so anxious, jittery, and hopeless. Even my usual yoga, I couldn't really focus on 😢 Was umming and ahhing on working out today, spent 20 mins gearing myself up for it (seems like a ritual for a lot of us do haha) but I honestly feel so, incredibly light and better after this!
Even though I had to take multiple pauses, and do some low impact versions for a round or two, I finished woohoo 🥳 If you're scrolling through, also umming and ahhing, just hit play! We're all here for ya 💕

Just had my two day rest because I'm so busy lately, and I can"t believe HOW I MISS THIS WORKOUT! Gonna workout with this video tomorrow morning. I used to go to the gym and doing RPM, yoga, and body combat. Then since April 2017 I needed to save up y money for my wedding and I decided to workout with Fitness Blender at home. And... SURPRISE!!!! Working out with Fitness Blender is waaaaaayy more effective and it gives a bigger impact on my body.

I've got weak ankles and when it comes to doing cardio workouts I struggle to do jumping jacks and similar high impact exercises. I was wondering if you have any advice on what exercises I can do that will burn the same amount of fat without causing injury to my ankles? If you have any suggestions please let me know! :)

    • @sohairel-geziry2067
      @sohairel-geziry2067 7 років тому +2

Ellen Prescott - I'm not sure if it burns the same amount of fat but maybe u could try a swimming hiit workout or maybe do boxing exercises without the kicks or moving around too much. You could also try exercises that strengthen your ankles; I'm not familiar with any myself but google could help :)

You will definitely want to talk to a professional that has all of your health care history, but in general, I would recommend sticking to the low impact version of the same exercises until you feel you've built stability and strength around that joint.

My ankles used to be awful! I used to roll them all the time, even on flat surfaces. The thing that helped me was strength training (one of the many many benefits of these workouts; I recommend them to anyone who is wanting to get into it). It's been a long time since it's happened to me, assuming it's not a medical issue, work on lower body stretches and strength and hopefully it'll get better!

I have been working out with your videos for a little over a week now and I was shocked that I managed to make some progress already! The first few days I was so stiff and sore that I nearly gave up (I'm a wimp with working out). But your positive motivation in each video kept me going and now I no longer feel sore after each workout, and find myself being able to do more and push myself a little harder each time.
    Thank you so much!

I really like doing HIIT workouts but there's no way I can do all of that without taking breaks throughout the video. I try to move while I'm pausing the video, but I'd like to know if that's really bad or if I should just keep going like that because otherwise I would just quit every workout halfway through. I'm thankful for every bit of advice!

N Ta I do the low impact on some of the jumpier HIIT due to living on second floor in apartment. Low impact- I think it's considered more regular exercise and not HIIT; however, what I do is skip the breaks between and continue doing low impact to keep my muscles flexed and heart rate higher (resting if I need to). You'll definitely still feel it if you do low impact but continue through the break intervals. :D

Hi, I appreciate all of the HIIT workouts that Fitness Blender provides. I find that when doing many of the combination exercises, I am unable to reach my peak cardio zone (85% of max) and as I understand it, that is critical to reap the benefits of HIIT. So today when I noticed that I opted to substitute long/hard/fast skipping jumps, and that really helped me reach my target heart rate.
