Hi Hannah, thanks a loooottt!!! I did felt the burn and did enjoyed this amazing workout feeling all the muscles and sides of my glutes ahaha... did it with a resistance band as I usually do. Hi, make sure you engage your core to protect your lower back and don’t have to bring it so high, just as high as it’s comfortable for your lower back. Hope it helps!
This workout helped slimmed my bulky quads! I stopped.all weighted legs workouts and just did Pilates for my lower body. ☺️

Rachita Nanda Doing it slower is not as effective. You can always slow down.

Do you feel the muscles working? It’s more important. Pilates is not always about being sweat, it’s about you are stronger and toner 💚 keep me posted!
