Everything hurts, but as u said its so so good. I dont wanna be mean, I love ur workouts but even if the workout is a bit longer I like it more with warm up and stretching parts (again dont be mad at me or something, but its so nice to do those parts with ya). Anyway, tht was amazing:)

I enjoyed this one a lot! Everything is burning like crazy now 🔥💥 Combined it with day 28 of the summer challenge 🌞. I have a question - sometimes I can feel and hear my hips (bones I guess or joints) move in a weird way when I lift my legs during side kick series. It doesnt hurt, it is just weird. I have always had it, both legs, but one side is more flexible with less dislocation(not the good word though) What can I do to make it better?

I have a random quesion, ismthere a reason why you dont include warm up/cool downs?
I normally do, only for this 3 Focus series, as I think it’s a great addition to other workouts you do for the day, or when you want an intense workout that only focus on these parts. Hope it make sense 😀🤗💚
