    Hi Hannah!!! So great!!! Yesterday, with my family and friends, We walked more than 20km in a wonderful nature of an island of the north of Montreal: it was amazing of reenergizing my body, But after the walk I feel pain back of my right knee: so your pilates of whole leg advance was really which I needed. Thank you Hannah! And now, I continue with the day 27: Gratitude Hannah for your daily gift! Namaste.

    Wonderful and effective workout for the legs. Legs feel stretched and longer. Managed to engage all my leg muscles. Thank you dear Hannah ❤️❤️❤️

    Awe really felt the burn on my outer thigh and bum, actually sighed out very loud. Would love to target my inner thighs more. Thank you for another great class 💕
