I used to love working out with you and was subscribed, but you genuinely need to focus more and stop messing up. Why is it that multiple videos multiple times you sit there and do one workout on one side than forget to do it on the other side? You say to go slow, then end up going really fast, you over explain moves, and you intentionally do more reps than you say you do. Pilates should generally not be this stressful. Its annoying and getting old. Im going to subscrube to a more competent pilates instructor.
Sorry it doesn't work out for you. This video is filmed 3 years ago on my trip back to visit Vietnam after Covid, so I guess I was a bit distracted and didn't catch it when editing it. I'm glad you found someone else that makes you feel good while working out with. Stay strong!
